Our one-bedroom apartments feature up to 815 square feet, while our two-bedroom options encompass 1,022 square feet of space.
To prepare for your move in we make any necessary repairs, paint the apartment, professionally clean the apartment including the carpet unless replacement is necessary. Lastly, we do a lock change and a final inspection to insure the apartment is ready for you to move in. You can submit a work order to have the item fixed in your resident services account or call the office to submit your work order.

This community has been quite pleasant, with polite neighbours, well maintained grounds, and no issues with apartment maintenance. Preventative maintenance seems routine and a nice alternative to the usual "use it 'til it breaks" mentalities I've dealt with before. Due to COVID restrictions early in my lease, I'll hold off on 5 stars since I cannot speak to community amenities which are part of what you pay for, but everything else has been wonderful.

- Poor insulation; walls and floors are very thin, even being on a top-floor apartment. Street & highway traffic will be heard, as well as your neighbor opening a cabinet or door. Drafts from every wall facing outside, particularly near windows.

We moved in November of 2016. It's a very safe community and the views are gorgeous. Your patio overlooks the water and you can see ducks and geese swimming all the time. The rent is expensive. The washer and dryers are inside all the units and they pay your gas bill (heat and stove). The downside is trying to get a big package delivered to you the leasing office won't take it and the post office is 15 minutes away. I would recommend the third floor as I've heard the neighbors can hear below really easy. They will also increase your rent every time you renew your lease which is also sad because

I’ve lived here for one year now and have no complaints. The complex is always very well kept, any time that I have requested maintaince they have come that day, and everyone in the office has always been friendly. I will be resigning my lease, and in response to other reviews- my lease rate is not increasing.

Do not even think about applying here. The staff sound nice but they have no idea what they are doing. I applied and was never followed up with once. I contacted their management and got no reply as well. I realize the application fee is not refundable but there was literally no service provided on your behalf.

Lived in 1 BR unit from Nov '15 to August '16. No complaints whatsoever except for geese droppings, price, and I wish there was more green space to hang out, play, and throw the ball around. Did not hear or smell neighbors. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and satisfactorily. My experiences with management were pleasant. I would recommend this community.

I currently live here and have almost a year - Love the complex, staff is friendly and keeps the grounds in order. It's nicer then many apartments in the surrounding area and I feel the rent is satisfactory. However, the geese are so intensely irritating that they wake me in the morning. Otherwise I'm pretty happy here.
