Terrible management and rude office staff. Uncooperative and corrupt. We had a terrible time with creaky floors and noise pollution during our time here; management was always extremely unhelpful and uncooperative when issues were brought to their attention. Guy came out multiple times and checked floors confirming my complaints were accurate yet no action was ever taken. We couldn’t sleep at night from the noise. We couldn’t get out fast enough. Make sure you take pictures when you move out otherwise they will charge you for replacing carpet/bathtub/sinks that should have been replaced years

Like any apartment complex... My family and I have ran into a couple of small issues that needed to be resolved by thornridge. From loud upstairs neighbors to a lease violation charge. I voiced my concerns to Kim, the leasing manager, and she listened to what I was saying and got the problems resolved. People don't understand that there are a lot of tenants for thornridge so every problem they need to resolve might not happen in a timely fashion, but if you have patience and are respectful, I promise they will resolve your issue.

It takes multiple days for maintenance to come out and address issues youre having in your apartment. When my toilet was broken it took 3 days to come out, 4 days when my air conditioning was broken, and 5 days for them to address a leak in the wall of my apartment. When you call the office to ask about an ETA they never have any answers.

I was excited to move here. But, repairs just don't seem to be done in a timely manner. The belt on my dryer broke a month ago and they still don't have a replacement belt. So, I bought one and now they don't seem to want to use the belt I bought. I just want to be able to do my laundry in my apartment and not have to drag my clothes to the laundromat to dry. And no, I don't want to have to drive to the other side of the complex to have to dry my clothes. I moved into this apartment because there was a washer and dryer in the unit.

This place will get no good reviews from me. My Boyfriend and I had the COVID twice this year. We were off for 1 month both times. We got really sick. And unemployment were not giving our money right away because of verifying identification process. So we were late on our rent a few times. Now when I say late they charge you late fees. $50 then $25. So we paid our rent all times even though we were late we paid our rent plus the $75. My biggest regret is moving here. There way more worried about the outside look then the inside. Everything they use inside the apartment is the cheapest and everything gets dirty way to quick and breaks fast. When they come fix they barely fix anything they just keep fixing the same broken thing over and over until u just give up on calling maintenance. This is why I am just shocked at the price of these tiny, stuffed, old, cheap apartments. I moved out if my home after I lost my husband and moving into Thornridge Apartments has been a blessing for me! I’ve lived here now for 5 years and I’m going to list all the things I found living in this community:
Everyone who works in the office is very knowledgeable to answer any questions I have and they go above and beyond.**
I’ve needed to call for Maintenance a few times in my 5 years here and their response getting here to take care of me is phenomenal!!
They also go Above and Beyond.**
The most important thing for me is how safe I feel. All the buildings have lots of outside

I have lived here for 10 years. I love the area. I'm a bike ride from Bicentennial Park and have pretty much everything I need in a 2 mile radius. There is a dog park park here that is very clean and usually has plenty of dogs playing together. My building is very quiet. I can sit out on my balcony and read in peace. No loud music, no screaming neighbors. I also feel very safe here. I don't need maintenance often, but when I do, they fix things pretty quickly. Everyone I have spoken to in maintenance and in the office has always been friendly and helpful.
