I’ve been staying here for 3 months and I really do enjoy my apartment. But far as maintenance I can never get someone to even come to my apartment to see what’s wrong. My biggest concern is the heat. It went out 2 days ago and temperatures outside has been from 21-19 degrees. So it’s been really cold. I can NEVER get in contact with the office. They always turn their phone line off! I don’t understand if we’re paying rent on time every month why is their a problem when it comes to fixing things?

I have been living over there for little over a month an I really do like my townhome, but between the maintenance being short handed, they never finish a job and the office staff always has the phone lines off.I have been complaining to the office of my list of problems since December 3 an none of my problems are fixed. I can’t talk to anyone because there phone is never on, or when I get a chance to go into the office they always have a surprise look on their face as if it’s my first time in the office. I’ve been living here for almost 4 months and half of that time I’ve spent waiting on maintenance to come and fix the smallest stuff. The hot water randomly stops working every other day. The office staff never picks up the phone. I love my apartment but I hate the unprofessional habits of the apartments staff.

This was by far the worst place I ever stayed in ,My apartment ceiling was leaking everywhere in the apartment And maintenance took forever to came fix it and when they did they did not clean up behind themselves,Also Water come through my light fracture which is a hazard.They came and took pictures but they did not care ..Ms.Dolly will move you in… a apartment knowing it's no good . .My carpet was also molded from the water leaks and I had to call code enforcement just for them to come fix that and when they did .they left the carpet wet and didn't bother putting the cushion back in the

They need to hire maintenance people that is going to do their job because they have some real lazy maintenance people these folks don't like to fix nothing you have to keep calling and they say they putting the order in but no one still doesn't come to fix nothing and my unit haven't been sprayed for bugs since last Summer I'm trying to find… somewhere else to move to because I wouldn't recommend nobody to move in these apartments no one deserves to live like this and pay rent every month mold in bathroom I been telling them for months about still haven't fixed the situation

The environment around the apartments isn’t as bad as people make it seem, but the complex itself is raggedy. The floor is caving in it feels like you’ll fall right through in certain places, the air conditioner leaks into the hall closet and caused everything I had in it to mold over, the air only works for two hours at a time before it freezes solid, we’ve been without hot water for weeks, and the lobby has flies, roaches, and what looks like animal feces in it. All these things have been mentioned multiple times to the office and each time they either give some sorry excuse as to why they

People do not be fooled, all of the "good, but yet decent " reviews on here are obviously made and posted by the people who work here just to get people to move in, so they can get your money; this apartment complex is horrible inside and out!!!.. nobody in their right mind would actually say anything remotely positive about these run down ugly apartments

I haven't been living here a month yet.When I moved in I had 2 bathroom sinks not working,they fixed one but the maintenance guy said he's not doing the other one he said the people who got the unit ready needs to come do all this work....1 bathroom sink is still leaking.
Now there are much more issues I could put down ,but my main issue right now is as I write this is my water been off since 2:00 on a Saturday and it's 8:24 Sunday morning this is a major problem and something will be done about this I will not let this go Very bad business
