Tires are the single most important safety feature on your car. They are the only thing that connects the car to the road, and life-saving technologies like antilock brakes and electronic stability control cannot do their job if the tires don't have a good grip on the pavement. As the adage goes, nothing lasts forever.

If you want to pay upfront for labor without the job even being done, this is the place to go! I was overcharged, the quality of the job was poor, and I ended up having to take it to a different mechanic for him to fix the work done by this place. It would be one thing to pay a large amount of money for a job well done, but $1700 later and I was still having problems - not to mention that the communication was poor and staff was rude. Will not be coming back.

Each time something is wrong with my car, I bring it to ST Foreign Auto. The staff and owner are incredibly friendly, do a fantastic job fixing my car, and are able to fix my car in a timely fashion for a great price. I would highly recommend ST as a place to buy a vehicle or to get your own vehicle fixed

TERRIBLE experience. I dropped my car at 9am and they told me I can get my car at noon. Once I called them in the noon they told me they need another 2 hours to complete. Again I called them at 2pm and they said their Internet crashed so they cannot do anything today. THAT IS A 60 YEARS COMPANY DID FOR THE CUSTOMER.

My boyfriend and I took our car to this shop and it was the worst service I have ever seen. They overprice and are completely rude. They also hide secret charges and don’t give info on how much they are going to charge you until after. My boyfriend was asking questions and the guy on the phone was rude and did not care about us as customers. He also hung up the phone when we were not finished with the conversation. We actually chose to take our car from this auto shop to another because of the way we were treated and overpriced! Do not take your car here.

They tell me the instrument cluster doesn't work because I used jumper improperly. The voltage was too high then burned the cluster inside. They say they need to buy a new cluster which is over 2k dollars. I dont believe it so I pay 200 dollars and get my car back, then go to another auto repair shop. After simply reconnection, this cluster works again.Considering looking for help from SU legal service.

Review amended 8/12/18 with new information.
My 19 year-old daughter took her recently purchased 2004 Mercedes ML350 here. She had been told by a mechanic where she bought the car that it needed a LF tie rod and RR control arm. She gave ST this information and asked him to determine and perform any work needed to make the vehicle safe - tie rods, for example, but not shining up the headlights. He determined she needed only rear sway bar links and RR trailing arm with ball joint. He did this work, along with a state inspection. We asked about the tires and he said they were fine.
