Please be prepared to pay the application fee as outlined in the property listing. Each occupant 18 years and older must provide a completed application. In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide a positive government issues ID and proof of adequate income (paycheck stub, tax returns, deposit slips, etc.).
We offer the option for residents to conveniently pay their rent online 24/7 instead of mailing checks. They can pay once, establish a recurring payment, or make a last minute payment. With a variety of online payment options including E-Check, Credit Card, and Electronic Cash Payments, funds are deposited faster and more securely.
See, when you rent, some think that the Landlord's insurance covers you and your stuff too. But no dice. Personal liability - coverage if you're ever legally responsible for an injury or property damage, like if you drop some water and a guest slips and sues. Medical payments - coverage for medical expenses if someone (other than a resident) gets hurt in an accident at your place.
