The staff there are very rude at times and unprofessional as well. They don't have no consideration for their clients, they don't keep you updated with what's going on.If have voucher, please don't rent from there. You might lose your voucher messing with them because they take to long to complete your paperwork. I recently tried to rent one of their properties because I was moving from out of town to Toledo, oh to be close to my mother.

The manager Terry is very rude and goes off of emotion instead of doing her job she is very ignorant and unprofessional while I was speaking with her on the phone she continuously hung up and did the same thing with my husband who worked long overtime hours for this company for them to then take his check and then be very rude to him and hang up in his face and TERRY NEEDS TO BE FIRED ASAP.
