We haven't rented from this company, but they manage a vacation home in our neighborhood. We have constant problems with noise, parties traffic, trash. We have had to call the police multiple times. They are super unprofessional and obliviously do not care about the neighbors or the neighborhood. What kind of ethical business allows this in a family neighborhood? After reading all of the reviews here and on BBB, I would stay FAR away from them.

I booked a last minute stay with Luxsle. My kids and I were accommodated with everything we needed for our stay. The best communication I’ve ever received from a host and I’ve stayed at Airbnb’s across the country. They even brought over a portable crib at 8pm to help. I will be referring them and will be sure to use them moving forward any state I can. Thank you for your kindness and for an amazing stay.

Very unethical host. Their Washington listing showed up when searching for accommodations in Canada (which Airbnb needs to fix on their end). Within 10 mins of the accidental booking, we reached out to the host to request cancelation. They got back after a few hours and said they hold on to the “policy” and will not refund $1200 out of the $1600 we paid. It’s quite clear they were trying to exploit people’s unfortunate situation and make profit out of it. We rented a three bedroom that had two bedrooms with a loft. We could have worked with that except the loft was advertised with a queen bed and instead it was a sofa bed. Also, you had to go through the loft to get to the other bedroom so there was no privacy. Person who met us to show us the place was great. We were only given one key though and we couldn't even get in the building without a key. There were three couples and they got upset with us when we asked for a second key. Master bed was very comfortable. Living room only had seating for 4 and there was no dining room table.

In my opinion, I would think twice before making a reservation with LUXSLE. To summarize, they are TERRIBLE at communication and our stay was marred with their odd behavior.

This company feels like a scam. Though the contract stated there may be a deposit, no amount was ever specified so I was shocked when $1000 was charged to my credit card the day of check in. We could not get ahold of anyone at Luxsle to figure out the charge, and after several days of no response post check-out Chase cancelled the charge. Not to mention the house wasn't fully stocked with standard supplies and the house was under construction in the middle of our stay with no heads up. I would think twice before renting from them.

First, the house was for sale. Not a big deal, I understand wanting to make some money while it's on the market. However, at no time prior to our arrive did Jason Goold or anyone at Luxsle Corp tell us that the house was for sale.
Our first day, a guy walked in unannounced while my daughter in law was home alone. He used the security code to the front door, presumably provided to him by Jason Goold/Luxsle Corp

This rental is a SCAM. Like many others leaving reviews here, I rented their listing through VRBO but they did not contact me regarding check-in or any confirmation of my stay until the MORNING of my stay. All I wanted was to cancel my booking because I wasn't even sure if I had a place to stay, but VRBO would not let me cancel because despite hosting Jason Goold's property on their website, they took no responsibility for the cancellation and would not provide me the refund. Luxsle Corp (aka Luxury Sleep Accommodations) is an apartment / vacation rental company. To get right to it, DON'T BOOK WITH THEM. They WILL bait & switch, omit, forge documents, & keep your deposits. I know this is a lengthy review, but read through to the end.

False advertisement please don't do it. This house barely sleeps eight and that's with a pullout sofa in living room and pullout sofa in the loft area advertised as a room. There was no cable or internet from Thursday until we left on Monday. They lied and told us that the internet was out for the whole city. Thet get your money and that's all they care about. Jason Goold and his company just charged another $1,500 on my credit card. Their contract states that dispute of any bank charge will incur a $1,500 fee for them to "research the dispute." Their contract is egregious and illegal. I'm calling my attorney today. This guy is bad news and needs to be stopped. DO NOT sign anything they put in front of you.
