As somebody who isn't knowledgeable about cars, Mark does a great job at breaking down cars into Layman's terms for non-gearheads like myself. Not only that, but I took my vehicle into Crestwood and it was fixed within a couple of hours. If you're looking for great service and no-BS, this is the place to go.

Hands down, this is the best shop in Madison. Excellent customer service, and fair pricing. They will not lead you in the wrong direction, or tell you something needs fixed when it doesn't. Mark is very friendly and professional, and the communication was superb. Thank you so, SO much Crestwood team! You got my truck back on the road and put my mind at ease when I was expecting an astronomical bill. 20/10 would recommend. You guys are truly fantastic!

The company displays excellent Covid practices. Car done when promised. The owner remembered my name after meeting me one time and spent plenty of time explaining what they did. There was no attempt at up charging. Despite the fact I told the owner they could spend up to $200 to repair anything needed fixing without calling me, they did nothing extra saying nothing was needed. The next day I took my son’s car in for service, and we had exactly the same excellent service. I plan to do all my car service at this business. They are very pleasant and professional. Highly recommended.

I grew up turning wrenches as a hobby building race cars with friends and always fixing my own cars. As cars have become more computer controlled and I have become less flexible I have been searching for a Mechanic that I can trust to be honest and to work on my car with the care they would put into their own car. Well I SCORED!! Mark at Crestwood Auto is that person. He has worked on 3 diffrent vehicles of ours over the last 6 years, a 2007 Ford Expedition, a 2003 Toyota Sequoia and a 2002 Ford Focus all with amazing detail to the needs of the issues and at the absolute most reasonable price that

This little neighborhood shop is a best kept secret! They are very honest and fair and will tell you what needs to be done now, what needs to be done later, and what can be put off based on the age and condition of the car. They do high quality work at fair prices and stand behind everything they do. It brings great peace of mind to know I have an honest mechanic!

Crestwood is the single best and kindest mechanic I've ever been to. I know basically nothing about cars, I've had mine 3 years and I didn't know how to open the hood until recently, and so many other shops have taken advantage of that. Not Crestwood. They have been incredibly accommodating and take the time to explain what was going on in my car. One time they even showed me how to add coolant! They are a Trusted Hometown Mechanic hidden in a big city.
