Lived there from 2015 to 2018. I was the first tenant in the newly built unit. I can truly say that it was peaceful and the rent price was very reasonable. I did appreciate the fact that I had a garage as well right across from my apartment which really came in handy. The staff is always professional and willing to help. The facilities are always maintained. The maintenance always done in a reasonable amount of time. I never had any issues living there. I did like the fact that I could also jump on and off the freeway. It's about a 15 min drive to Franklin and a 35 minute drive to Nashville. If

I love Laurie & Worthington Glen!! My involvement has been nothing but exceptional. I have felt cared for and treated like my needs mattered right from the beginning. The space is awesome with a great set up so it has been easy to make my apartment a home! Thank you all so much for going above & beyond for your residents. My wife and I really enjoyed calling WG our home. The manager Crystal and team takes great care of the residents, maintenance is super quick to respond to work orders, and the grounds are kept up at all times. We take pride in where we live because of how great this place is/is ran by the on-site team. We plan to be here for several years until we find our forever home, and couldn’t be happier with our choice. 👍🏼

I don’t know where to start - Crystal and her team here at WG are absolutely incredible!! When a manager cares, it truly shows and that’s definitely the case with immaculate grounds and extremely clean move in ready apartments. They go above and beyond to provide the most amazing service while making sure you’re taken care of before having to ask. I have lived in many proprieties where Mgt neglects their grounds, units, etc - however, Crystal, the office team, and maintenance team all jump in to help as needed.

I’ve lived here for about 7 months now. I’ve never had any problems with the staff, in fact I find them to be nice and helpful. My one bedroom apartment is nice! It has everything I need and is affordable. The pool is great, the fitness center is good enough for when you don’t want to drive to a real gym in town. The dog park is good.
The only time I’ve gotten in trouble was for leaving my trash in the hallway one night when I had a headache and didn’t have the energy to take it to the compactor. Don’t leave your trash outside.

I would not recommend this place to anyone! At move in the apartment was beyond disgusting it took me over 3 hours to get it clean. When we filled out a maintenance request they only fixed half the things that needed to be done. The door to our child’s room was missing screws and a pin they never fixed. Management doesn’t care about anything and are very hard to deal with. I have lived in many apartments this was the absolute worst!! Do Not Lease Here!

I visited this property in hopes to find an apartment closer to my place of work. After 5 minutes of talking to the lady in the front I was mortified. The employee that sits in the office to the right was YELLING at another employee. Not only that, but, she scoffed at and made fun of someone who just walked out of the office because they had some questions which she seemed annoyed to answer. How unprofessional and RUDE! The apartments looked nice and reasonably priced but I cannot get over that first time experience, thank goodness there are plenty of options around the Spring Hill area.

My husband and I moved in August of 2014 and have just renewed our lease. We love it here and are extremely happy with the property and love the management team! Alisha and Laura are more than just our "property managers" they are very sweet and pleasant. The new ladies are just as great and helpful. They all go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. We will be looking for a house next year and will be sad to leave.
