The Staff incredible always helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff get the job done and never complain. This Community is new but it continues to make the appearance of the community better. I would love flowers every where, but I’m sure in due time. Anyway, if your looking for a upscale apartment gated community with shopping and food areas around the corner move here. I promise you’ll love the apartment.

Shannon has been so amazing to work with. My situation is a bit difficult with moving from out of state during COVID-19. The staff has been so helpful emailing and texting answering all of my questions and helping me through this process.
I cannot wait to make The Columns my new home!
Update: I have been here around 8 months now and it has still been a wonderful experience. If I have an issue with anything (dishwasher, lighting, door lock, etc) the staff responds within a couple of hours at most. The complex is beautiful and there is always someone around working on improving the landscape, water

Talk about an answer to our prayers — we needed a high quality, fully accessible, first floor apartment for a short term three months — while waiting for our new construction homesite to be completed. Columns checked off all of our boxes and then some. First off — hats off to the staff — they’ve been great to work with. The virtual lease signing was nearly perfect with DocuSign technology. Our apartment is brand new as most are in this current new building phase. The campus is very well groomed — with park-like vistas and walkways.
