If you want to hear everything your neighbors say, constantly listen to your neighbors' barking dogs, and get absolutely nothing done when alerting the management, then this place is for you!
We stayed for a year and did not renew our lease. The management is atrocious and they seem to revel in not doing the right thing when you approach them nicely about the challenges to living here. If I could give a negative star I would. I'm not some dissatisfied customer because of a one-off incident. Go look at all my reviews of other places. I give credit where it's due, and unfortunately this complex

Apartments are nice but not made of quality materials. It's made so that you can hear your neighbors walk and sometimes talk, so if that would bother you this place isn't for you. We constantly got noise complaints the next step for us was to stop breathing in our own apartment. Our downstairs neighbors were always so rude banging on their ceilings no matter what time if we were walking around our apartment. This made us so uncomfortable that they CONSTANTLY did that. . Some staff were fine and a couple not so much. The community should watch who they hire to represent them. We are very happy in

I recently took a tour of the two-bedroom deluxe. We were hoping to see a three-bedroom, but none were available to view. The fixtures were pretty nice, but my main concern is the lack of maintenance workers currently. One of the main concerns that I have with the complex is that I've heard from friends that they are very slow at getting maintenance issues fixed because they are understaffed. I probably won't be applying for a lease for that main reason.

When my family and I first moved in it was great! The staff was always so helpful, friendly and kind. I never had a complaint until a new company took over the grand reserve. Ever since then I’ve been having problems. When I take my issues to the front office the staff tells me to handle my issue myself. The staff in the front office is very rude, not helpful or kind. I will be moving out as soon as my lease is up.

This place has been wonderful. I moved in with my ill mother. Its quiet, clean, the office staff are more than pleasant and kind. They take care of anything that needs fixing right away.,They are constantly doing things to improve the grounds. I have enjoyed living here My place is very clean, I love the pool and the common area. Its a great place to live and I would recommend it to anyone.
