Fixed the central heating issue while fixing the 3 inch gap in my front door. He also fixed my oven that kept saying error. Pretty fast and efficient and knowledgeable.

Through the years Things have been up and down. However recently I have felt better about the communication and services that have been done more on time and not having to wait a month. There is room for improvement but I can see the effort.

I realized Saturday afternoon that my airconditioning was not working properly. I don't go outside a lot when it's really hot so the somewhat cool air in my apartment stayed there along with help from a couple of fans. I called the office and spoke with Michelle a little after 10 a.m. on Monday and the maintenance man who is always so friendly was there before 11:30. He explained that my unit, along with several others, had been cut off during the power washing on Saturday, It took him approximately 15 minutes to fix the problem and my AC was fixed perfectly. This was an overall perfect experience

I put in a maintenance request to have pool cleaned. All residents received a flyer in our door that the pool would be repaired by August 14th. And guess what … the pool is not ‘repaired’ looks like it did before they opened it in May ….. green water with algae ….. SMH ….. Shane shame shame

Waited 2 weeks after my first request to put in a 2nd for someone to come look at my fridge that is leaking water. Maintenance man said he doesn't know anything about this model and will be back. That was 2 days ago and we haven't heard anything else about it.

Live just down the road from this place, Great place to be near, if something occurs here in this part of town, its usually here, and i think that's rather a good thing. Keep up the hard work!

Previously I had posted that I was having some issues with timely maintenance. The office manager made a point to call me right away to see how she could help. Since then, maintenance has been to my home and taken care of everything that was on the work order except the windows which require someone else to fix. They were very professional and got the work done quickly. Thank you!

I have lived here twice. Michelle is awesome and great to deal with. If I ever thought about going back to apartment living, I wouldn't hesitate to live here again 😊

I’ve been looking for an apartment that fit my budget and my needs. After lots of searching over many months I found Columbia Hills. The staff answered my many questions and have been very kind and supportive during the move-in process. I’ve had one service issue and it was resolved the very next day. I’ve referred several friends, one of which will be moving in soon.

Management and staff are awesome and pleasant to deal with! Being older apartments, you can’t beat it! Well priced for being a little out dated, but still very nice place to live! They’ve been well taken care of. Pretty nice and quiet location, close to downtown and anything you could need. Overall happy to be living here!
