Research Management Corporation was formed in 1976 and has been providing property management and asset management services to its private clients for more than 30 years. The company is owned and operated by Joy McKenna and Shari Porter. They share more than 40 years of real management experience in all types of commercial property.
For your convenience, hurricane updates will be posted at this site and will be updated daily during a hurricane watch, warning or post-hurricane status (if possible). A hurricane watch is the first official notice that a hurricane may threaten our area within 36 hours.
If a hurricane warning is issued (a warning means that within 24 hours our area may be subject to a hurricane) it will be our policy to shut down, at minimum, the elevators and HVAC systems in the buildings effected by a warning within one or two hours of the issuance.
