My move-in experience was fine at their Garden Villa apartments it was everything that followed.
I was not given proper notice about maintenance request. They would come and bang on the door, several times this happened until I complained. The hours of request for maintenance were ignored, and the response was due to them having a large number of properties.
When the unit below mine was being worked on with chemicals, the fumes came into my apartment. The complex was not offering to do anything once again until I complained. They knew what the smell was but did not inform me of what was occurring

I was a regional landlord for several years and have never seen such poor management. Our move-in report was 20 pages long and none of those items have been addressed in over a year despite many requests. You can not get ahold of the maintenance, and the emergency line goes to voicemail. Currently without heat in the home. Avoid at all costs is my recommemdation.

I'm coming at this from the perspective of a new tenant, but our renting experience with Denise has been a true delight so far. She's been flexible, communicative, and super fun to work with. It doesn't help that our new house is GORGEOUS and we love it! In beautiful condition. Any concerns we had with our new home were promptly addressed and we feel like we're being taken great care of. Denise is awesome!!!!
