Began living here about a year ago. Can not be happier. Fantastic service first of all. Our A/C was on the fritz and our request for repair was handled in less than 12 hours, the maintenance gentlemen are top notch and friendly as can be. Secondly, the people here are the best, they made it feel like a home the first day we moved in. Super friendly and engaging neighbors. The management staff have always been kind and helpful to us and more than accommodating for us pet owners. 10/10 !! Would recommend to family and loved ones!

More pricey than I expected, but when i lived here it was decent enough. The building is old, there's no overhead lights except in the kitchen they have functional fireplaces , one thing that bothers me is all the power outlets are not straight they are all leaning out from the wall or are crooked, not from damage, just looks like the were installed by a less experienced person. Every room has one power outlet that is controlled by the light switch, in my case it was exactly where i wanted my TV's in 2 rooms, so i could never use the switch. Overall, it's ok of you need to be this close to town

To be honest, I have not been a resident here but I did co-sign on a lease for somebody who experienced some significant trauma. The management was extremely flexible, responsive, and kind. I can't say anything about the apartments themselves but I can say that they bent over backwards to help out somebody who was in severe distress. Thank you very much for being there in a time of need.

I moved into Brannigan Village earlier this month. I mostly worked with Lindsay. I was super pleased with the move in process and the ease of the online payment system. I viewed the show apartment and my wife and I fell in love. Pleased to say that when we saw our actual apartment, we were just as smitten. I was very satisfied with the staff after having a really bad experience with my previous landlord. They were super friendly and understanding, which put my wife and I at ease about staying here. In the past 7 years or so, my mom and I have lived in 3 different apartments here at Brannigan (I pretty much spent my whole teenage/young adult life here). The staff are all wonderful and we love them! Their prices are very reasonable and we couldn't have had a better apartment to stay in for our budget than here! They do have a dog park area as well as a tennis court. They also just renovated their playground for their kids. Never had any issues with neighbors or noise. They also have a nice gated entrance, which I enjoyed. The office also holds residential "parties" where they provide food,
