I have been hear since 2012 and I have seen so many changes. My car has been targeted twice by someone trying to get in it,my wife car has been hit in the parking lot. I have a neighbor that what stop tracking mud in front of my door from the parking up the steps to his apartment. We windows that leak water was never fix from the last hurricane we had.
But the rent continues to go up. We live on a budget I like living here but the penny-pinching is a little bit too much.

No place is ever perfect but I read alot of comments saying bad stuff about this place. For those people I say this they showed you the apartment and you still choose to move in so you're comment is no longer valid.
But I've been here for a year and I absolutely have nothing bad to say about this place I've gotten behind on rent and the process is straight forward just like if you were renting a storage unit.
The apartment's are clean maintenance guys will do whatever is needed as long as you submit a work order.
But for all the people b*****g about this place are probably problem tenants to

I have lived here for about 5 months and the people are great.
I have the most beautiful view in the place and wanted to share with all of you. I posted a picture from a sunny day and you have to see the snow day to believe it!
I will be moving back to CA, but if you want a great place to live in Kernersville, Abbott's Creek is it.

Lived here from March 2017 to April 2018. Lovely place to live. Would recommend to anyone. It was quiet and very clean. Great pool and decent little gym!
Reason for 4 stars and not 5, I didn't like the 60 day notice of leave rule. I've lived in many apartments and this was a first. If your unfamiliar, they require you give them 60 days notice of leave, even though it says on the lease you signed. Anyways, I gave them my notice when I turned in my rent on January 31 and cause February was a short month my notice was only 59 days to March 31. It was $50 dollars per day late in my case, thank god

After living here for nearly 5 years all I can say is we thoroughly enjoyed our experience! It's a quiet, safe, and well maintained area. The people in the leasing office are really nice, but the maintenance department is where this place really shines! Especially their employee Mike, him & the entire department were always prompt & super nice. We will truly miss living here & we have been spoiled by this apartment complex. Would definitely recommend! ❤

At the beginning I enjoyed living in these apartments - maintenance staff is wonderful and quick. The office staff on the other hand will do nothing to help you out. I knew multiple people that lived in these units that were screwed when it came time to move out - including myself. One was over charged without notice, one was told they didn't receive his 60-day notice and would have to pay an extra 2 months rent when he went to turn in his keys and move out, and another received warnings he would be sent to court for not paying his full rent when in fact he only owed a pro-rated amount that the

Pros:
This place is reasonably priced.
The staff is friendly.
Pool and club house is kept clean. There is an on-site fitness center and laundry facilities.
They are owned by Blue Ridge Properties which offers an incentive for you to put a % of your rent towards the purchase of one of their condos or townhomes (which we took advantage of).
Kernersville is a good location to live in and considering other places to rent out, this place gives you the most bang for your buck.
Cons:
Pet fees/policies are unfair. (I do think there should be some just not what Abbotts has in place).
