They lied on me because I called housing authority on them and then put me out. The items that weren't repaired were not a result of anything I did, it was already broken.

They (Michelle & Sandy) are EXTREMELY nice, until you actually move in. The first year we dealt with maintenance coming unannounced and not even leaving a reason or date (on paper they leave when they have entered the apartment) When we spoke to Sandy in the office she pretty much said she couldn’t do anything unless we had actually dates and the papers. But said she would talk to them. Heat wasn’t not working first winter & it was making a horrible sound. We put in a work order & maintenance came in and said “nah it’s suppose to sound like that and emergency heat is kicking on because

I live there and the neighborhood is beautiful, the neighbors usually mind their business as well. The rent is decent too!

They allow there tenants kids tare down the apartments. The things in the apartments are rig ,not fixing the problems but rushing the issues. Regret moving in !

I really enjoy my home here. The managment is nice, and makes sure we have a safe and comfortable environment. My kids and I really enjoyed the back to school event, food, live DJ, and school supply giveaways. Thankyou, and I'm looking forward to future events as well....

It's good. The only problem is I live in the section where it is too many children and they are out of order. They fix things right away which is very good😃
