Coco roo our elder lionhead rabbit has been under care of Dr. K. Venkateshwarlu since 2019.
6/2021 she had ear infection in both ears, & thought I was going to lose her. Dr. V's calm, professional, treatment and healing hands saved her life. We change diet a bit and she is such a happy bunny. I am grateful and to Dr.V. & his great team. He also, treated an elder pomeranian named Papa Jack 16 years old until Papa was ready for rainbow bridge. Thank you Dr. V.

When my senior dog was sick and our two regular vets didn't have appointments available for days! Alisal made a time slot for my Fifi girl to be seen the same day! I will never forget the caring and kindness of the front staff and Dr. Kuncharapu. My dog is feeling better today and we're waiting for lab results.

We couldn't make an appointment for our usual vet and contacted Alisal Pet Clinic. My dog needed shots to go to the kennel. They met us outside, masked up, and took our information. They then took our dog inside and gave him an exam and the shots. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Milo received wonderful service. Happy with the experience.

If I could give a negative star I would. Worst experience I have ever had with a Veterinary Clinic. I just called in at 5:55 pm in regards to Lola, my dog, that I had brought in 2 days ago. Dr. ALexander saw Lola and said that she had bladder stones and put her on some medication as well as antibiotics. Well earlier today I had found some blood in Lola's urine and I was concerned and wanted to call the Doctor to see if that was normal with her being on the prescribed medication. We found a great new Veterinarian that is close to home, reasonably priced and super nice. The staff is friendly, compassionate and really take the time to explain everything and give you all of the options. I really like this place and we will be returning. If you need help this is the place to go. Covid precautions are being adhered to and masks are worn.

We were traveling to Arizona and the day before we were relocating to Arizona our kitty had become super sick. We decided to take our cat into the Alisal Pet Clinic to see what was going on with our Cat and they took a look old us he probably caught a little cold or virus and should be feeling better tomorrow. I did not sleep the entire night but sure enough our cat was feeling better the next day. The Dr. Did not charge us for her services and everything the vet recommended helped our cat get better. I

I’ve been going here since my two bichons were puppies. They’re 14 now. They love walking in. The vets and staff are very caring. They accommodate questions. They’ve cared for my darlings for many years. The vets are always willing to listen and have treated them well.

We came here after our regular vet service recommended a tooth extraction but wouldn't do the treatment themselves. The veterinarian at Alisal took the time to examine and understand what was really causing our old dog's discomfort. Very caring, thoughtful, and thorough. She explained everything in language we could understand and gave us recommendations on things we could do to improve our dog's quality of life. We were so glad we came here. This was the best veterinary experience we have had in years.

No rating . , worst experience!with Dr VK Cheat with tests you DONTNeed . All about the money not your pet. Didn't tell me what was wrong; waited until got home to tell me: forgot t mention was an ear infection and needed t go get medicines $80 more. Spent $820 just for an ear infection. I distrust this clinic completely!!!

5 stars for DR. ALEXANDER!!! We were loyal to Dr. Tumang for years and seven different pets, so to lose him was really tough. We always felt that he was honest and conscious of finances. After reading the reviews about Dr. VK, we became very skeptical of this clinic and have chosen to see Dr. Alexander who also practices there. She is awesome. She has been so sweet with our two dogs, especially during some intense health issues. We appreciate that she is genuine and we don't feel "nickle and dimed." Whenever she has called about our test results, she is thorough and really patient

Heard about this clinic through a friend and am glad I asked! Super friendly staff that are knowledgeable and patient with you and you're pet. I have been bringing my 3 dogs to Alisal Pet Clinic for the last 14 years. I did notice that there was a rough transition period between the time Dr. T left and the new staff. However, in the last several months the office has been running smoothly and I have found the new expanded hours to be very helpful. About 9 months ago our oldest pup became very ill and all of the staff graciously stayed late on a Saturday night just to treat her. Recently, she was diagnosed with kidney failure and once again both doctors and the whole staff have gone out of their way to make certain that she gets the best

THE NEW VET KILLED MY MOM’S DOG!!!! As an animal lover I beg you, please be warned about taking your pets here. Our story ends so tragically, and it absolutely did not have to, and it’s all because of Dr.… Venkateshwarlu Kuncharap’s neglect and poor judgement. My mom’s 10 lb toy poodle was seen because he had eaten a bone and was ill with vomiting/diarrhea. They did an x-ray, confirmed there was a blockage, and tried to get a surgeon to come in that day. When they couldn’t get one, they scheduled the surgery for the following morning. He did not make it. He

My cat Munda had an injury on his head that needed immediate attention. He was seen in an hour of me calling for am appointment, treated with sutures and now he is back to his normal self.
The team at Alisal did a great job from care to follow up with the utmost sense of urgency.

Wow all the people rock. Lauren from the front was amazing and I really appreciate Dr. Kuncharapu taking in my Roxie on such short notice (day before thanksgiving 3 pm) Roxie had symptoms of allergies like wheezing, sneezing and clear runny nose. They were so timely and caring and helpful. They were very considerate of the fact that I was on a budget (I spent $300 on her last week after buying her food, toys, bed etc and adoption fee). So they recommended great medicine for fleas, allergies and I updated her Lepto shot. They were so efficient and so awesome. I found my new vet thanks Alisal Pet

Our Dog Riley has chronic bronchitis. It took us $4000, 3 vets and exploratory procedure to get diagnosed. During that tough time we grew to really love and respect Dr. T. He always was kind and went out of his way to help keep charges minimal.
Last week I scheduled an appointment at Alisial to get Rileys shots and med refills. Dr. T is no longer there (They say Mondays) but I think that is just so we stay.
1st when I went to schedule appointment I was hung up on apparently they are learning how to use the phone. Then I was told I could drop off my dog but I would be charged boarding fee even

Let me start with this.. Rating them a two is being nice.. We've (my hubby and I) have never really had an issue with Alisal. The customer service has REALLY gone down hill, noticeably, in the last two or three months. We recently moved out of the area, and on top of that adopted our third fur baby. Since our new pup is a pup, we decided to start looking for a Vet out this way. I recently called about a week and a half ago, requesting my two animals, who were being seen at Alisal's, pet records. We have been taking our dog Marleau to Doctor Tumang since we adopted him as a very sick 2 month old runt of the littler puppy. Nearly 5 years later and our dog is happy, healthy and doing great. Dr. T and his staff have always been patient, accommodating and and have treated our dog like their own. Marleau loves Dr. Tumang so much he knows him by name and gets as excited to see Dr. T as he does for his walks!
