This was actually back in 2019, tried to get information to get my sons shepherd in on an emergency as it was obvious he was not well and going down hill fast, I drove to this place and the lady who came to the door was snarky, said they only take appointments, then wouldn’t talk to me any farther and closed the door. I couldn’t believe how heartless she seemed and how rude her attitude was specially as I’m sure it was obvious I was panicked and spooked about my dogs condition.
We ended up in San Ramon after calling iron horse, but ended up being to late. He died ten minutes after our arrival

Over the years we have brought numerous pets of all kinds into the hospital and always received the absolute best treatment for our pet and ourselves. They were very knowledgeable of the animal and what was likely causing the problem for them at that time. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing medical assistance for their animal.
