This company handled a closing on a property I purchased on July 27,2021. It was an all cash transaction. Now over 5 months later I am still waiting to receive my deed and title insurance policy. They will not respond to my emails. They will correspond to my real estate agent but they make commitments to him that they do not keep. Avoid this place like the plague!!!
