We moved from out of state and Integra Hills was the perfect transition place for our family. The office staff are really nice and helpful. They do a wonderful job putting on events for the residents. You can tell they care about each person who walks through the door. If we had a maintenance request, the crew would be at our door within 2 hours. The pools are beautiful and very clean. The lawn is in excellent condition, plus it's pet friendly. The gyms and clubhouses are awesome. We really enjoyed our time at Integra Hills. It's a great community, we made some fantastic friendships there. Definitely

They raise your rent by 8% every time your lease needs to be renewed.
They don’t clean the gym. There are piles of dust in the gym and when I made the property manager (Gabriel) aware of it, his response was “Does it hinder you from working out?” When I reminded him that I pay for the amenity monthly and that it’s unhealthy he chuckled.
You pay for pest control monthly but it may or may not get done seeing as I still had bugs in my apartment.
They removed the computer mice from the business center for a year claiming “covid and that there was no way for us to monitor social distancing”

I lived at this apartment complex for 3 years. Why? I don't like to move. Plain and simple. Don't fall for the "luxury apartment" claim. There is nothing luxurious about this complex and I'll explain why.
1. Limited parking spaces for residents. If you work night shift for a preferred employer such as Volkswagen or Amazon, chances are you will have to park your vehicle away from your apartment building and walk home. Some even resort to parking in the street, in fire lanes, o...

I have lived here for over 2 years, and I still cant believe how great this place is. Staff is amazing, property is always quiet and well kept. Its a beautiful place to call home, with so much to offer. If they have something available, jump on it, you will love it.

Integra Hills is a really great place to live. Nice people around, clean and good facilities, spare apartments with quite new home appliance. And what is really important, there is a very professional front desk team, they try to help and do much more than expected. We had to move to another state, and recognized that it's not easy to find something like Integra Hills / Preserve.
Brittany, Jared and other guys, thank you so much for such great experience!

I lived here and had problems with the staff stealing mail and money out of letters that were delivered to me my whole stay. Also, the lady in the office signed for one of my packages and handed it to another person before I could even go pick it up.. which is a federal offense. I had to leave. I got threatened, and the interior is cheap. But if you've had a tour, you'd already know that. If you want to be ripped off, treated unfairly and harrassed for no reason then this is the place for you.

I have lived here sporadically since the Preserve apartments were built. This last time for a little over two years. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. The amenities are also so convenient to have onsite. The office and maintenance staff and courteous, friendly, responsive to tenant needs and handle issues effectively as possible. I would highly recommend Integra Preserve Apartment homes.

My boyfriend lives here, and he loves it! I do too. It may be pricey, BUT it has a salt water pool and a clubhouse that has a mini movie theater, a computer room, PAC man, a poker area, along with air hockey, Foosball, billiards, and shuffle board. They even take your trash out for you as long as you put it outside your door. It is worth the money.

The best place to live in Ooltewah/Collegedale. The amenities are astounding everything you would need is available at Integra!
2 pools, check!
2 gyms, check!
Dog parks, check!
Playgrounds, carwash, business centers, everything you need to live comfortably!
Add to that the fact that the office staff does everything in their power to make your life the most comfortable, and that the maintenance staff work around the clock to fix your apartment no matter what time and what issue, and you have a recipe for a happy and healthy living that is incomparable to anywhere else in these two towns!

Absolutely love it here. We have been living here about 10 months and plan to stay long term. Any issue we have ever had has been resolved very quickly. Our apartment is beautiful and well kept. Just like any apartment complex, you will have neighbors that are inconsiderate and rude. I have never had a package go missing. Why should the office pay for a package that was misdelivered, as another reviewer seems to want. As far as extra charges, well if you are going to try and sneak a pet in that's not on your lease or don't pooper scoop, then absolutely. It protects those of us who call

What can I tell you? All they care about is making money. I could go on a long rant about everything that happened but I'd rather not relive it all. But if you're rich and want a pool and nice outdoor area then maybe this is the place for you.

Let me start by saying how AMAZING AND HELPFUL Stephanie and Bethany are. I’m relocating here and only had 2 days to find a place to live and they made the process so easy and fast ! I would recommend this complex to anyone moving to the area. Clean, nice and quite ! Can’t wait to call Integra Hills home !

Good complex of apt. I wish it had a better indication where each building are located. Easy to get lost and walk/drive around looking for your friend's house. Other then that. Great place.

Wow! What terrible people to work with. We moved my 80 mother in until her new home was ready. She does not use email and went into the office to find out when her lease was up. The young girl gave her the date. She did not state that it needed to be in written form and did not inquire further. As a result they are charging an 80 women on a fixed income over $ 2000 because she did not give notice in writing. The units are not great to begin with and the manager Gabriel never takes or returns calls.
Do not move here unless you are looking for a headache and an empty wallet!

Used to be great my first 10 months there, until new management came in. The landscaping was sub-par after that, and I didn't realize how every single appliance except for the microwave and stove didn't work very well. Cheapest you can get. The construction is poor - the cabinets are even cheap and warping. No lights in living room or bedrooms, which isn't expected in a "luxury" complex. The pool and clubhouse are awesome - when they're opened on-time. The gates are always broken, the garbage compactors are too. Upside - I met some great forever friends there. There

It has been almost a year since I moved out but I feel compelled to write a review. I loved living at this property. It was the first apartment I had ever lived in. It was gorgeous. My neighbors were all so friendly. The staff is so helpful, especially Lance who leased me my apartment. He did a wonderful job of making me feel right at home. From showing me the apartment to signing the lease, he is so professional and courteous. I lived on the preserve side and loved it. Everything about my experience at Integra Hills was 5 stars. I was actually sad when I had to move into a house. I would recommend

We didn't even get to find out about the apartments because no one even acknowledged us when we walked in. The employee was an overly tanned artificial blonde girl who was incapable of just us to wait one moment while she helped another guest. Instead we waited over 20 mins with no help at all. Another lady walked in as was also ignored. Bad costumer service for sure.

I was pleased with the tour of this complex. Leasing agents are friendly and knowledgeable. But, It was after moving in, I began to notice the shoddy construction. Appliances are horrible. The refrigerator makes an awful loud noise. It was explained by a GE technician that all of them make the same noise. What!! Bathroom vent does not work. Footsteps from the apartment above sounds like herd of elephants.
The parking is whoa fully limited. The list of amenities is not correct. They list a Car Care center, does not exist. The Java Bar consist of one canister of Starbucks coffee. I find it empty

Great location. Nice looking grounds and spectacular pool area. The staff is top notch, friendly, and professional. So why only 2 stars? The apartments are supposed to be upscale, and they have a nice appearance from the outside. Even the the first look inside isn't so bad...but a closer look tells a different story. Sloppy craftsmanship, lack of attention to detail and cheap materials abound. No fault of the great staff that manage this complex. They do well with what they have to work with. Refrigerator is new but make all kinds of weird noises. Dishwasher requires a good pre-rinse. Walls

Integra Hills is a very nice luxury apartments. The picture that blow your mind on the website look even better in person. Me and my roommate moved in at the end of December. We both agree that it is one of the best decision that we have made to call home while we both finish up college. We had the opportunity to work with Desiree she was very professional and had an answerer to all of our questions. If you had the opportunity to move to Integra Hill if I was you I would do it.
