I moved into these "Luxury Apartments" last year... In the beginning it was great, but soon after moving in things started to change. after months of the gate being broken (wide open) with no plan of correction our cars started getting broken into... My car was keyed at one point and when I called the office I was told that there is no security cameras except that at the broken gate and I should've filed a police report. Anytime I called the office I was meet with argument and hostility about anything pertaining to the property. Filters were never changed even when asked or scheduled... Including

My fiance and I moved to Chattanooga March 2018 for career opportunities and we felt so blessed to stumble upon this gem of a community while searching for apartments. We absolutely love the area because it is quiet and peaceful, kind of tucked away from any hustle yet still close to everything you would need. We absolutely love the unit we got, with its granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, modern light fixtures, plank wood flooring, and tile in the shower. There seems to be plenty of parking spaces available. Everyone in the office has been very helpful and kind. So far we haven't

We moved into Integra Hills Preserve in February 2016. We love it here, beautiful apartments, SAFE location, the apartment management and maintenance team are great. If you need anything repaired or replaced Amanda is definitely the person to talk to! She is by far the most skilled maintenance personnel on staff at the property. Lance in the office is very welcoming and funny, he will try his hardest to answer any question you have! The pools and gyms are nice and close enough to our apartment so we can just walk to and from. I would definitely recommend Integra Hills Preserve to anyone looking

We were so sad when we moved away from Chattanooga and left this community. The leasing staff here at the Integra properties are wonderful and they go above and beyond. If we ever did run into any issues, management was very diligent about promptly resolving the issues. And the amenities you get here can't be beat. Not only do we love the tanning bed, but the we were very impressed with the Crossfit style gym! That was such a great amenity that we have never seen anywhere else, and we got so much use out of and saved us tons of money on gym memberships.If we ever return to Chattanooga we will be

I live in the older section, not the preserve. I am currently a resident and the complex offers many beneficial community amenities such as 24 hour gym, pool, and game room. Based on my current location I can barely open my window for fresh air because the person below me smokes 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Also, the kitchen has terrible lighting. It serves its purpose for the 15 months I am here, but if I were a permanent resident I would not recommend The older section. Maybe the newer section has improved on these issues.

I just wanted to say "Thank You" to all of the staff at Integra Hills! Over 15 years; I have lived in a half dozen states and many more communities/apartments during that time and this is my favorite. I have worked in customer service of many types my entire adult life and every interaction I've had with the staff here has been great. (A shout out to Lance) Lance was our leasing agent and was very helpful and nice, even though we hassled him with many visits, emails and phone calls before moving in. The way the staff conducts themselves here is how it should be done everywhere
