We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed.

We loved our time at the Village at Apison Pike. The facilities were great and the staff was awesome. The maintenance team was incredible and always extremely friendly toward the residents. It is very quiet and safe complex. The apartment recently had a management change and the assistant manager Kaylen has been nothing but kind and helpful. We are thankful for our time here and would recommend this complex to anyone moving to the area.

We have lived here 3 months while we are waiting for delays in our house being built. It was nice that they have short term lease options, although I wish there wasn’t a 60-day notice policy for leaving. Other places I have lived only needed 30 days and that is in areas where the rental market is slower than here.
Overall it’s been a good option! Mostly friendly staff, clean, modern, well maintained. Some nice amenities: pool, fitness room, community room with coffee and popcorn, business center. For the price of rent (hundreds more than what our new house that is over 3x the size will cost

I’ve lived in many apartment complexes and this one is by far the best in the Chattanooga area. Management and maintenance is amazing. I love that people pick up after their pets and really care about keeping it clean. Floor plans are great, and love the location. We just bought a house and moved out and had no trouble at all with the move out process.

The staff is one of the main reasons my wife and I love living here. They are always extremely kind and attentive to our needs. Araz and his crew always have great attitudes any time maintenance is needed. Araz even helped my wife with a flat tire on his own time and was very happy to do it! It's great to know that the people managing this community care about me as an individual. Great people. Beautiful apartments. A wonderful place to live!

Love the Village at Apison Pike! They have the best style and location. I’ve particularly loved Crista, the assistant community manager.
I moved from out of state and she was so helpful with sending me information and options before I could see in person. Crista is still the one I go to with any questions or concerns and she always responds so promptly and happily handles any situation professionally.
Crista is truly one of the best things about The Village at Apison Pike!

This is a really fantastic community! The apartments are well appointed with high end finshes with great flow. They are also quiet and do not transfer sounds very much. However, the staff are great should you have a problem. Crista Erdman, the assistant community manager, is a joy to work with and is very helpful. The maintenance staff, with Araz and Anthony, is top notch and very responsive if you have a problem with anything, which is rare. I highly recommend the Village to anyone looking for a great apartment and living experience!

The staff is so friendly. From when we first time we checked this place out Crista was so helpful and answered all are questions, she is alway so helpful whenever we need anything.
Its a wonderful place to live, it is very clean and well maintained thanks to Araz and Anthony. The dynamic and atmosphere in the community is what we want. The only thing that I wish they had was a car wash station, all the other apartment community around has one and I feel like that's the only thing missing here. In the end we are still here because how great the staff and the community.
