New management greystar gets 1 star, let’s start with the cleanliness.I Use to hear the janitor vacuuming the hallways every other day. Now it might be once a week. The stairways use to smell like soap now urine.There use to be a very nice hard working Maintenace man I used to see everyday fixing issues around the building.I no longer see him, but instead he’s replaced by someone else who’s really inactive. Paying online is no longer a option, checks only. Been almost 3 months and still no online services. It’s 2022 who writes checks nowadays. Good luck trying to talk to or pick up any

Critical: Responsiveness
Take the time off the schedule that’s says you’re open from 1-5 on sundays, very misleading when trying to receive packages. I don’t appreciate the unresponsiveness of the new company that took over either. Good luck getting anyone on the phone either when you have something important you would like to talk to someone about.

The management and maintenance team are awesome, thoughtful and diligent.
The apartment was not what I had hoped for…the toilets were broken, washing machine had water in the bottom that always smelled like mold and was not replaced, the disposal constantly broke. For what I was paying I expected carefree living.

Special thank you to Angela Santiago and Megan Schratwieser management at Eliot on the Ocean! Our apartment is new with amazing views of the ocean! The common areas are very nice and always clean while the staff is helpful. The Gym is open 24/7 and is clean and quaint. The maintenance staff is professional and requests are for filled in a timely manner. Really great restaurants nearby and only 20 minutes from Boston! We are very happy!

Living at The Eliot on Revere Beach is absolutely terrific! We moved here about a year ago after searching several options in the area. There are many reasons for giving a 5-star rating. First, the people are wonderful. The management team and maintenance team really go out of their way to ensure a safe, desirable experience. They create events to engage the residents, respond promptly to requests and operate a beautiful building 24/7/365. Second, the location is amazing - literally 100 yards from the sand and water! Megan and Diana are the absolute best thing about this place! And that’s saying a lot because the complex is beautiful! Megan and Diana took us on a tour to several different apartments. They kept our needs and wants in mind and did all this while making us laugh and feel comfortable like we were hanging out with a close friends. We decided to go in another direction just because we chose an apartment that is closer to where we both work, but if you’re thinking about signing a lease somewhere near here, ask for Megan and/or Diana and be prepared to 100% want to move in!

My boyfriend and I have been living at The Eliot for almost a month and we could not be happier with our choice to make this our home!
The office staff is exceptional, always friendly, and willing to help. Both Megan and Diana are awesome! From applying, to the move in process, everything was smooth. Our apartment is gorgeous, and you can’t beat the beach view from the Eliot. Maintenance staff is very timely, and a great group of guys. Again, always friendly and willing to help. Rent is very reasonable for what you get here, energy efficient heating and cooling that work great. Parking garage

I have been living here for a little over a month now and I'm so happy I chose the Eliot. You don't have to look any further on Revere Beach. You won't find another management team that is as quick to respond, helpful, and friendly as Angela, Megan and Diana. Mario and John are awesome as well, I've had to put in a couple of maintenance requests and they are so quick to come by and take care of it. The building is quiet and clean. Respectful neighbors. Spacious and modern apartments. Easy covered parking garage. The gym has everything I need. Can't say enough good things - so glad I moved here

Great location right off the beach with some amazing amenities, and SUPER AWESOME staff. I have been living here for the past four years. The property is well maintained and monitored to ensure safety of the residents. Angela, the property manager and her team are very kind, supportive and always go above and beyond to help. The team is very prompt in addressing any issues. A BIG thanks to them for making this the best living experience.
