Waste of time. Been there twice to “view” potential apartments. I told the lady I only wanted to see apartments that were available for rent, so that I wouldn’t be surprised later down the road IF I wanted to rent from them. Told her my price range and she wrote down three apartments. We unfortunately only went to one because she didn’t have the keys to the other ones, which I found weird. We arrived at the one and only apartment I got to see and come to found out that it wasn’t available. She then rescheduled me for another tour. Got a conformation email and everything. Get there 15

I’ve filled out for an apartment about a year ago I had to pay an application fee which they stated is refunded to you if you don’t get approved.. here it is a year later & I still haven’t received my refund I called & called & I always get the run around at this point they owe me interest would not recommend very poor customer service 👎🏼

Worst move-out experience. Took away most of the deposit without explanation of charges, no response to calls. I was charged for what property management asked us to do. For the move-out month, leasing management charged full month rent instead of pro-rated rent. Because of autopay, payment was initiated for the amount charged on the account. After several unsuccessful attempts to reach out, finally, I was able to get some response from property management in which they have asked me to reach out to the bank to stop the payment,

Roaches inside the apartments. Squirrels and rodents live in the ceiling and management refuses to fix it. We moved in during covid and the apartment wasn’t cleaned at all. They sent the “cleaning crew” in and they said “what’s not clean” and proceeded to mop the kitchen floor using the sink as a bucket and then left. Our keys to our front door don’t work half the time the lock is constantly being called in. Maintenance staff doesn’t really do anything but drive around in their golf carts all day. We were given one laundry card for two people along with ONE key fob to the “clubhouse”

I enjoy living in this community. The management and other staff members are friendly and kind. They are continuously improving their facilities and the residents’ experience. They are responsive and answer questions in a timely manner, including maintenance requests. I appreciate all the staff does to make this a great living experience.

The community staff is not cooperative to the residents.... They did complimentary carpet cleaning as we have been here since 6 years...
Today they did carpet cleaning .... the Number one worst service .... and community is not ready to take feedback tooo.... They don't care how we suffered because of this carpet cleaning .... We arranged… everything for them and removed all the stuff around 6 hours ... they cleaned it in 5 minutes with full of wet even they didn't ut a dryer... And same question i asked the community .... They have no idea what they will do with Carpet cleaning .... it

Have been staying here since 3 years and there were no issue from past 2 years and even if we have complaints management was able to fix them immediately and provide the positive response to tenants.
New Management is not in a position to resolve the concerns of the tenants. Been complaining about the pests and roaches in the apartment and though the pest control is in place issue is not resolved Management is blaming the pest control vendor and explaining that changed the vendor and not providing the ETA for the resolution.

We had mold that turned into black mold. Told them about it multiple times and they came and painted over it. it came back. damaged tons of our belongings. had roaches. we had a dishwasher without a top rack. called and the first time they came to replace the new one didnt have a top rack. called and only got a top rack the sencond time. bathroom… vanity was replaced but smaller then previous and left the walls with peeling paint and bubbling paint by vent. was told we could move to a different apartment for same price. nope. they rented out the new one we were supposed to get and showed

I’ve lived here since December and we’ve had no complaints. We had a few issues and they’ve came and fixed them that same day. One of which was on a Saturday. The complex outside is always clean including the laundry room. At our OLD apartment we had issues with pest and termites but not here at Orion. Orion has pest control every week outside and… inside and we have not seen any issues and we live on the first floor. If I could leave zero stars I would. I have been here for about a year and a half now, I can't wait to leave. I call and leave voicemails but no return calls. There is no email to send for issues as well. They ONLY reach out to you if you they want money. Kids bikes cannot be parked in patio/balcony, but there is no bike stand available. People staying in 2nd flr need to carry bikes daily in summer.
There is an indoor swimmming pool but will be closed all winter. There is no water temperature regulation.

This is exactly typical of what happens in corporate America. Management runs a business into the ground, creates a horrible reputation for itself, angers customers and drives them away - and then changes its name to deflect attention from the problems it created, exemplified by all those bad online reviews that have been posted. Zero stars!! These pictures say it all! We had a squirrel fall through the ceiling and no one bothered to clean up the mess. I think it's still running around 1843! The garbage situation is a disaster! People throw garbage outside the cans and dump all over the floor. I had to constantly request that the garbage area be cleaned because this is a regular occurrence. Also, the smells in these buildings are awful! The tenants below us would cook 24/7 and the smell would penetrate up to the second floor through the vent in our closet They also have not returned our security deposit two months

I notified the office of offensive odors coming in THROUGH the stove exhaust...
Maintenance tells me it was connected incorrectly and to remedy the problem, the whole building will need to be repaired.
The solution was to keep my exhaust running 24/7 WITHOUT reimbursement, otherwise I get to smell other people's extremely pungent and vile foods, accompanied by some delightful body odor in the hallways.
The smells seep through the walls, my towels in the bathroom stunk of onions and spices whenever someone decided to cook something foul.
I also was also assaulted by smells of spiced oils
