I don’t normally rate and write reviews but in this case I definitely have to write something. My wife and I have nothing but good things to say about this place especially the staff. We’ve known Mrs. Rosalie for almost 10 years now, she worked at our old apartment complex, we were very happy to find out she works here when we moved. She is amazing! Both Rosalie and Jacqueline are very kind and patient, so easy to work with. The few issues we had over the years with our unit they helped resolve them in no time. Both of these ladies are great. Been living here since November, 2020. Have nothing but good things to say! The management has always been nice and accommodating. Maintenance team is quick and efficient. Community is lovely. Aside from a few rowdy neighbors occasionally (as is to be expected living in a large complex) I've loved everything about this complex. They're consistently making efforts to make the grounds nicer and seem to be very proactive. Would recommend to others.

I am currently renting an appartment here of 1200 sq.fts. will try to be as quick as i can:
0. Keep in mind that they have the rights to raise your rent and they will the offer i got from them is higher with 140$ more for next 13 months. (Look at the picture)
1. Roof is leaking for 3 mby 4 months already
2. Icecle's were prob about 6 to 7 ft. Long and after 4 complains they finally took em off
3. Sidewalks and entranses were not safe to walk they were with ice all over them
4. No snow cleaning for the firsr 3 days
5. No repair on our HVAC after several complains(yes they wrote them on one

My family and I have lived here for over 3 years now. Trust me when I tell you. The staff is magnificent. The manager staff is extremely passionate about their job. The community around the complex is very easy going. Friendly atmosphere. The lake view is awesome. Especially during a refreshing walk . We love it here. We are extremely pleased to be a resident of Orion Arlington Lakes.

The staff is definitely good on getting things fixed when needed. The apartment itself is very spacious. The open kitchen layout is great and the fire place is awesome during the winter. Very quite area so it gives you piece of mind. All of our neighbors are pretty cool.. love living here.. once again great staff and great place.

I've been living here going on 3 years in October and haven't had any issues with the apartment complex or my living situation. I live on the top floor, so I not only have lofted ceilings, but a fire place and exposed brick walls. The apartment is very spacious with it's square footage, huge closets, nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms, and there's even a storage closet outside on the balcony. I love living here and love that it's pet friendly too :).

Lived here at the community for 16 years! That, says A lot! Always improving, expanding! It ISN’T a place for “SENIORS”..looking for “A QUIET PLACE”! This ain’t it! ( Would be NICE - if kids didn’t leave their bikes and various toys on the sidewalks!! ** Wouldn’t want a senior to trip & fall! ). Otherwise, this is a nice, clean community. Friendly people - Great Management!
