I could give -5 would. A friend of mine was there and I went to visit her on New Year's. The minute I got out of my car all I could smell was dog urine and feces. While walking to I saw quite a bit that was not picked up. I brought up the subject and saw my friends had almost explode. She said that this is constant and nothing is ever done. She told me she gets attitude how many people in the office if ever she dare complain about something. And she told me that every apartment to have three dogs with no weight limits. Decent apartments, but the location doesn’t have a lot going for it and it lacks community. Detailed breakdown below.
I’ve been living here for a year and a half starting the Summer of 2020, but I plan on moving somewhere new when my lease is up. My apartment is a single-bedroom on the southeast part of the complex.

Nice place to live if you get a good unit away from the road. Residents are friendly and only had a few delays with the front office and maintenance, but for the amount of units they have on the property they do a good job in managing things. Make sure you sign up for the locker unit service. It is worth it when ordering packages online. Only thing that has kept me from saying I will 100% re-sign is the lack of a dog park. The community is pet friendly, which is great. I would love to meet my neighbors with pets, but without a dog park I am finding it difficult to get my dog the exercise he needs

So far my partner and I have loved everything about this place! From the very helpful and positive staff to the kind residents. And let me just say...I am in dog heaven! So many dogs in this complex and I've never been bothered just greeted with wagging tails!

I really don't understand why this place has so many bad reviews. Honestly, it was the main reason why we thought a lot before coming here. After seeing an apartment and putting everything on a paper we realized that this is what we were looking for! And, we didn't regret at all! Apartment is really nice, you have a plenty of parking lots anytime, laundry in the building, gym, pool... it is so quiet and nice! The things that are not perfect are the walls. Not side walls, but the upper ones. Sometimes you can hear your neighbors walking through the room. I live on the 1st floor. I guess that people

So, this one is a doozy. I'm not one to ever even write a review. I would love to give this place 0 stars. During COVID (both times we went in), some staff members were NOT wearing their masks. Some would put on the mask as we came through the door. The manager came up to us and talked to us without a mask on as well as a man I do not know the name of. Also, we had applied for a place and after we applied our prices went up. They told us the apartment was taken and someone else applied RIGHT before us. They kept on defending themselves instead of owning up to the mistake that they could&apos

Overall, the place is fine for single people if you are looking for a place to sleep. But if you are looking to leave with your family it is an absolutely bad choice!!! I rented this place without realizing the disadvantages of the "COMMUNITY". I was very disappointed as soon as the cold weather started, and we had to use fan heat which dries the air in the room, as a result it gets rooms are so dry and we needed to open the windows to get fresh air and again turn the heat on after it gets cold due to the open window. Basically, never-ending circle.

I gave one star, this place needs a entire change of staff in the office. Getting something as simple as a package or asking information is a impossible task for these women. I honestly don't see how they have these jobs, when communication isn't professional and they basically waste your time looking for one package. It's ridiculous and I'm done with this place. Not to mention the laundry rooms also need a upgrade. My advice would be do not waste your time or money moving in here.

Constantly have maintenance issues & every time maintenance comes out they almost act as if I'm burdening them. I hate to seem like that pesky person who always complains & always has an issue, but at the same time I pay rent here, my roommates & myself pay to have things in working order as well as we pay to be able to have someone like a maintenance person to come out & look at things or fix them. Yet every time maintenance shows up I'm immediately either questioned about what I could have done that either possibly broke or messed something up, or sometimes my concerns
