We worked with High Garden in 2018 and ended up building a home with Lennar. Our realtor (Sam) was great in the beginning but left us to pretty much go through the process on our own. He didn’t even show up when we closed on the house. We had several problems with the builder and he didn’t even help us with that. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

My wife and I just bought our first home working with Kris Hitchcock from Highgarden. Kris was just an amazing agent. He always made us feel like a priority even if that meant dropping what he was doing to help us with questions or getting a last second showing. He guided us along each step of the way and was super knowledgeable which was really helpful as house buying is a lot more complicated that I thought it would be. After hearing many other friends and family talk about their horror stories of difficult or unreliable agents, I am truly thankful I had Kris! I would absolutely recommend him

Would not recommend this company. The agent I worked with was good, however the sellers agent (also with Highgarden) was terrible. She would not respond on timeline as promised and never responded to offer that we submitted even though it was almost full price offer and a cash offer. Did not communicate with our agent even though they both are employed with Highgarden. VERY bad experience!

Selling a property and just had a horrible experiance with Linda Mannis. She showed up at our house late for her appointment. When we advised her that the reason we are back in the house is because the showing time is over and we have 2 babies that need to go to bed, she was very rude and just said "do u want to sell this house or not". I advised her that there is no need to talk to us that way, she got in her car and left. After this, she called our agent and LIED that we told her to leave and that we were rude.. if she was not so rude and unprofessional we would have went for a walk and allowed

Horrible company to work with. Constant disappointment and failure at every turn. The realtor dramatically over estimated the value of my home. We ended up selling it for $55k less than the original asking price. I was promised weekly updates on the progress and never received these updates. At the beginning my house was not listed on a major real estate website and the response from my realtor was to throw up his hands and tell me there was nothing they could do. My girlfriend remedied the problem herself by contacting the website. Flyer box in yard was empty on multiple occasions and only fixed
