I would recommend this community in a heartbeat. From the administration to everyone that leaves here, my experience has truly been amazing. Three days ago my pet, Ruby, went missing and the support received by everyone was indescribable. Even resident's I didn't know reached out letting me know that they were keeping an eye out. Today Lauren, their business manager, went above and beyond her call of duty. She was able to see a post in Facebook of someone that had found Ruby and reached out making the reunion a possibility. :) There are no words to describe the joy and gratitude I'm currently feeling

A first class community with nice people and generous amenities. Apartments are average in size but are well designed with granite counter tops in kitchen and bath, crown moldings, contemporary cabinetry. My favorite: the spacious balconies that are screened in (!) allowing residents to leave their door open day and night for gentle breezes throughout the year. The pool sports great lounge chairs, a covered TV sitting area, a natural gas fire pit, and views of the beautifully designed apartment buildings encircling. Been here for a little less than 6 months now. Love this place. Can't hear the neighbors at all, and I have had no noise complaints either. Very well maintained (someone's out early in the morning clearing the snow we've had recently off the side walks). The two times I have had to call in a maintenance issue they have come the same day to address it. The amenities are great! Love the cappuccino machine. The location can't be beat; Cranberry has just about any retail store you are after (Costco is less than 5 minutes away), and I-79 and the Turnpike are about 2 minutes away. My apartment faces

Beautiful facility. The amenities are nice (pool, gym, etc). The location is perfect. Biggest downfall is the noise; it's absolutely horrendous. Children obviously live above us and it sounds as though they are going to fall through our ceiling every evening. They are so loud it agitates our dog. I've gone to the office 3 times because of them and it's done absolutely nothing. Not to mention the couple next to us having frequent and extremely loud intercourse. I have had to leave my apartment many times just to escape the noise. There's absolutely no insulation in this place for how new and incredibly

I stayed in the furnished apartments for a month recently. A very sprawling complex. The two bedroom apartment was very nice (2-2009) but it was almost a half a mile walk to take your trash out. The hot water would last for about 3 minutes in the shower, so the tanks are grossly undersized. Overall I would rate it a 4. PS: You can forget having anything delivered. The address is so complex nobody will ever find it.
