What a lovely community! The office and maintenance associates are attentive, welcoming and respond quickly to any request. The neighbors are friendly and responsible pet owners. There are many community events held throughout the year which give residents a chance to get to know each other. My apartment is perfect with spacious rooms and a pretty fireplace. Package delivery is secure and very convenient. The utilities are energy efficient with low monthly costs. The only improvement I would suggest is allocated parking. It’s a very nice place to live!

We have lived here almost 1 year and are signing a new 1 year lease. The staff is very welcoming and when something needs done, I have always gotten great help. Everyone is so friendly and they truly make it feel like a home here (our dog loves going to the clubhouse to visit Jessica and Maureen, they love to spoil him with treats). I have lived other places around the area and this is DEFINITELY a place worth checking out.
Edit 2021: signed another 1 year lease for a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit, lots of space and the (included) storage unit is a huge plus! So many other tenants have dogs now too so

Impressed with response time to inquiries about the property down to the tour of the property. Red flags started when the weekend we were to move in (January 23, 2021) and no one called to inform us the office would be closed. We found out when we called to see about getting the key earlier as we would be in VA Friday returning Saturday we wanted to leave room for any delay on our end and us meeting leasing office hours and us picking up our key. If we had not called we would have had a truck full of belongings from VA along with family and friends helping us move and no place to move into til

I’ve been at Eden Square for about 2 months now and my experience has been great. I did a lot of touring before making my decision because I wanted to have a larger place and this was by far the nicest, cleanest and most modern place around. The staff from the ladies up front to the maintenance crew are all very nice and helpful as well. I’d recommend Eden Square to anyone.

These apartments are fantastic. The build quality (structure and appliances) inside the apartment matches the professionalism of the staff. The staff is friendly and eager to help. Living at Eden Square has been a great experience. Jess and her staff really care about their tenants and will go out of their way to make living here wonderful. They are very responsive to any kind of maintenance requests and Dean is very earnest and diligent. He wants to make things right. I have a dog and it is very dog friendly here. I also feel very safe here and it is very quiet. I can't say enough about how good the staff is. I love living here.

I moved into Eden Square exactly one year ago and I couldn't be happier. The apartment is spacious, modern, and well-designed. The staff have been more that responsive when I have requested help with anything. Eden Square is very dog friendly and everyone picks up after their own pooch; there are pick up bags at every outside door and receptacles for the waste throughout the property. The pool is immaculate, with grills nearby. There is also a party room that is available to rent for special occasions and another room that reminds me of a small cafe and it looks out onto the pool. Eden Square is a great place to live around the Cranberry Area. My Wife and I have lived here for 2 years and really enjoy the community. The rooms are very spacious with a modern design. The buildings have a warm feel and neighbors have been great. In terms of location you are within 5-10 minutes of some of the greatest places in Cranberry to eat and shop. Thanks Eden Square 😄
