Good location, great amenities, perfect floor plans. I could not be happier to have stumbled across Ascent 430 properties. I lived here for 2 years and absolutely loved it!! Perfect location, nice gym, clubhouse, etc. HOWEVER, we never got our security deposit back. (There were no issues with our apartment or reasons why we shouldn’t have gotten it back). I called the office a dozen times and each time they assured me that they would be sending the check in the mail but they never did. Eventually I gave up on calling because it was only $300. So take note you may never get that back even if you leave your apartment in good condition.

I only toured and was unable to rent due to my work situation, but I’m hoping my situation changes. I was greeted kindly by the office staff and immediately felt welcome and at home even though I didn’t even live there. Everyone was extremely personable and helpful. Looking forward to being able to rent at Ascent 430 in the future.

I absolutely love living at Ascent. I am a young college student and I feel completely safe being here. Everyone is so friendly, staff and residents. Maintenance is wonderful as well, if there is something wrong they are there that day to fix it. The apartments themselves are so spacious and roomy, with high ceilings. Along with their fabulous pool and gym. I wouldn't want to rent an apartment anywhere else.

This is a decent community. One word of caution based on our experience... if you’re looking at renting there, make sure you pay attention to where the unit is in relation to the interstate.
We didn’t realize it but when we toured the community and signed the lease, we never considered (or were told about) this. We never thought about spending more time in the unit paying special attention to the noise. We just looked at the layout and said... this will work.
This was partially on us and partiality on management for not mentioning something they had to have known. But for the next year+,

I’ve been living at Ascent for 4 years and I can honestly say I could live here for four more years. Living in Ascent, you feel as if you live in a resort all year round!! The experience starts as you drive up the entrance and at the top sits the spectacular clubhouse. It’s truly beautiful! But, that’s not all, the pool is out of this world and one the top reasons I say here. More significantly, they just built a new fire pit that looks great. In addition, the apartments come with modern finishes and feel warm and inviting. You can’t forget about the large closets and spacious kitchen!

This property is poorly maintained compared to other complexes in the same price range. The new management company provides very little communication on how they plan to address numerous issues ranging from a lack of lawn and shrub care to the two sinkholes in the parking lot. Definitely not worth the price.
