I would give it a 0 if I could. First of all, whoever leaves their dog outside on a chain (it’s many residents) between 6-9 AM letting their dog bark all morning not only needs to screw off but needs their dog taken. You walk a dog, not leave it on a chain for hours in a joined community waking everyone up. Secondly, management is terrible with their attitudes. You ask one question and you’re spoken to like a toddler. Not to mention the many unsupervised children running around at all hours. I wouldn’t mind them being unsupervised if they were house trained enough to not run infront of moving

Would NOT recommend! I would give zero stars if I could. The townhouses themselves are nice. Maintenence is great and all is well kept. BUT this company is horrible! The Manager picks and chooses whom she will favor. Good tenants, good luck! Horrible tenants get what they need or simply just want. Very backwards way to run a company. You could drive through here and just see for yourself. If able, I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere!!

The inside of these townhouses are mostly nice. The company that runs this place is TERRIBLE!!! I wouldn't recommend ANYONE move into here. You will most definitely regret your decision. For the price they are asking you can find a much better rental or a mortgage. I'll be sharing this on every site and with every realtor in the area.

The houses themselves are good. We like having a pool and park in the neighborhood. The staff is good at getting my work orders in and getting it taken care of quickly, but they doesn't follow through when people in the community break the lease agreement, and it's been really frustrating.
I've talked to the Office Manager multiple times, explaining that neighbors are breaking the lease and that it's infringing on my experience here, and she's told me they were taking care of it and putting lease violations out. Two years later, nothing's changed. I also feel like when I talk to her, she ignores
