Very horrible communication at this place. The price is NOT worth the living experience. Tonight I decided to investigate a dripping sound I heard coming from my A/C vent. When I opened it up, there was a puddle of water. Something was leaking, these things happen, no big deal. As I look further into my vent, I notice a dead squirrel! Frustrated (because who knows how long the squirrel has been there) and disgusted, I call the maintenance line. It brings me to a phone agent who has no ability to give me a time frame of when someone is coming to fix this. After numerous calls I finally get a TEXT

This has been the worst apartment experience I have every had. There are too many maintenance issues to count. I am currently in a flooded apartment that has yet to be repaired after a week of contacting management. There is so much water coming down my walls, the paint is being stripped away from the walls. Save time, wasted money, undue stress, and find yourself another place to live.

If you don't care about how your apartment complex looks, BM is the place for you. Owners & the property manager are happy to take the rent but don't spend a penny on the grounds. Well except for the office/sign area. The landscaping areas are bare dirt, there are multiple dead bushes / plantings in the sidewalks and parking lot are atrocious. The dumpster/recycling area is a complete mess and a breeding ground for varmints. Renters be warned. p.s.: some of your neighbors will drive like complete jags

We lived here short term while awaiting our home to be completed. We previously lived at another apartment complex owned by this ownership group, and this apartment was pretty much identical. We had a below parking lot level apartment. The 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable, especially during the deep freeze of PA winter. The little dog playing area was helpful to allow our dogs to stretch their legs, and the close proximity to 19 allowed easy access to Cranberry and Wexford.

Price is too high, took over 2 months to get deposit returned. Walls are too thin, couldn't ever sleep and their non smoking policy was not enforced, reeked of smoke every time I walked outside. Water tank flooded and then didn't ever have hot water again even after it was looked at a couple times. Do not recommend, especially with the 1 year agreement.

I lived at Berkley Manor for a little under a year in 2016 and had few, if any, issues during my time there. The office staff was always responsive to any concerns or maintenance requests, and they were very flexible with move in/move out timeframes. It is surprisingly quiet for being so close to Freedom Road; there are plenty of places to walk through Autumn Hill. The units are modern and very well sound insulated; I rarely heard my neighbors. I looked at several apartments in the Cranberry area and was very happy I had chosen this one.
