An unexpected delight! We had the 4 course tasting menu without the wine pairing as we ordered off the wine list. The food was exquisite in every way. Each element was beautifully executed. Scallops, lamb and beef cooked to perfection. The Foie Gras terrine was sublime with accompanying brioche croutons and 3 versions of pear - poached halve, puréed and an exquisite pear gastriqiue! Oysters silkily seasoned! Tagliatelle with ragu worthy of eyes closed in reflection! I chose the cheese course which was perfection too. The cheeses were at a perfect temperature to enjoy them best which

SPECTACULAR. Cuvée is fine dining in every sense of the word. From the service, to the atmosphere. to the food, everything was perfection. Chef Isaac, Chef Carlos and Pastry Chef Whitney are true examples of persons who are the very best at their craft. The meal started with an amuse-bouche that elegantly prepped the meal, followed by a very well thought-out wine pairing complete with explanations from Rafael with each course. Our server, Luz, left no stone unturned and the owners were graciously visiting every table to make sure the patrons had everything they needed. Service, led by Sherri,

The food was exceptional. Presentation, taste, everything!
Service and ambiance left a bit to be desired for the type of restaurant. We arrived on time for our reservation and had to wait 10 minutes in the Inn lobby to be seated which is quite unusual for "fine dining". We ordered drinks in the lobby but they didn't arrive until well after we had been seated and unfortunately I received the incorrect drink so had to wait longer for the correction. The menu and various options weren't very well explained either.
Ultimately the food was fantastic! We expected more out of

My boyfriend and I were in Chatham for the night while on vacation and we are so happy that a friend recommended Cuvée! We had such an amazing time, and I am counting the days until I can go back. The room where we dined was so cozy and intimate. They even had a fireplace that they light in the fall/winter season (perfect for a holiday dinner or date night). The service was so knowledgeable and friendly. The food I could rave on and on about. I loved the octopus. I am usually not a huge fan but the tenderness and flavor of the meat made it one of my favorite dishes that evening. Another delicious

We had a second meal at Cuvee which we shared with two friends.
What a wonderful dining experience. The service manages to be charming, friendly and professional at the same time. The wine list is very good and the room is intimate and chic....but the food! Surprising, beautifully presented and extraordinarily delicious. This is what fine dining is all about.
So glad a restaurant like this exists on the Cape.

I find it very interesting that my negative review of Cuvée was heavily edited. My experience there was bad enough to verge on comical. Started with foie gras that consisted of three nickel sized dabs on a big plate. This was followed by exactly five bite sized pieces of agnolotti. Not filling at all. The wait staff made a theatrical parade to deliver meals. Four servers, each carrying a single plate, marched in a line to serve one table.. it just looked silly rather than elegant. There are plenty of restaurants in the Chatham area to have a decent meal. Skip Cuvée and eat elsewhere. I recommend

OMG , the food and drinks at this restaurant are amazing and worth every penny. The service was impeccable and our waiter Elena, delightful. My husband was grumpy about this fine dining experience, which I wanted to try and she charmed him and had him smiling as well as satiated with great food and fabulous wine. This made for a perfect evening!

Went on Saturday, May 1, for a late dinner with the fiancé. We both agreed that this was one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. Even though we've both been many other Michelin star restaurants, including a few two and three-star ones, where the food was better, the service at Cuvée was so above and beyond that it really elevated the entire experience beyond that of even the finest restaurants we've dined at.

Very attentive staff. Ordered sparkling water and staff would often go to refill it before I would even reach for the bottle. Food quality is excellent with good presentation, and the timing between dishes is reasonable with very little dead time between courses. I would caution that they tend to have pretty liberal use of cape cod sea salt, so some of the dishes may be salty. The only negative experience was that the staff failed to inform me that the A5 wagyu on the menu had a $55 dollar added surcharge and the first time I found out was on the bill. I would have ordered it anyway had I known

After looking at different reviews, I was worried Cuvée could be a bit overpriced / disappointing. It was not!
Service was warm and attentive, without being over the top, they offered us an apéritif 🥂 (a mocktail for my pregnant wife), and they directly knew what type of food was compatible with pregnancy (something I’ve been surprised to indicate at other similarly priced restaurants).
The 4-course prix fixe was the perfect amount of food, and each dish was excellent: well balanced and impeccably cooked (yes portions are reasonably small, as they should be in a prix fixe with 4 dishes

I've hesitated to write this review as we have always loved brunching here. Brunches stopped to the public before COVID so we have not been in ages. We recently secured a table in August for ourselves and two couples staying with us from out of town. It was their first experience to Chatham. We dined outdoors which was beautiful. Scotty, our server, was top notch. However, we were not told it would be a pre-fix menu when we booked. Upon sitting we were informed it would be a pre-fix (2 course meal). ie; salad and meal or meal and dessert. Quite odd. The cost for the 2 courses was $80 per person

Very disappointed in the portion size served for the cost of over $150 per person. We all had the two course menu and the amount of food was way under expectations. My NY strip was smaller than a 6 oz petite filet and half the thickness. Service was great, Scotty was wonderful. Atmosphere was awesome. Probably won't go back. Was there August 21st worth friends.

Everything we ate was excellent! I would definitely return, hopefully to stay at the inn and try some of the other menu options. The lobster salad was my favorite dish & the oyster was amazing! Definitely a must if you are a foodie looking to dine on the cape or you are searching for a romantic dinner.

We had remembered The Chatham Wine Bar as one of our best dining experiences ever, from our first visit in late 2016. We returned this Summer for my birthday and again had another amazing dining experience! The… staff is incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The food is perfection and their wine list is amazing! Thank you Luz for taking great care of us this year and to the owner, Jeff, for recommending some amazing wine! 5 stars ⭐️

My husband and I will be talking about this dinner for years to come! I called a few weeks before our anniversary and they confirmed over text. It was super easy and convenient. Everyone we told about our plans was telling us how much we would love it. Everyone was right! We were seated immediately and given such wonderful attention and service. Jeff, the owner, stopped by a few times which is such a nice touch. The food was really incredible. It's a wonderful setting and the attention to detail on the food is not missed. I got risotto, halibut and the a white chocolate dessert. My husband

Easily the nicest restaurant from Eastham down to Chatham, and probably up to P-town.
It's our first time on Cape Cod and I'm a bit shocked at all the "Shanty's" "shacks" and "roadside" fried food places that are in all honesty, dreadful. How anyone eats all that fried food is beyond me.
This restaurant is beautiful inside, the staff very nice, and food great.
I'll be going back tonight, as it's our last night on the cape and we want the nicest experience.

Had dinner here tonight, 100% disappointed. The menu was different from the one online which was much more appealing. The choices were limited and fussy. Each course was disappointing for either it's flavor or toughness or overdone components. Definitely trying too hard. Will not return. There are lots of better choices in Chatham with more reasonable prices.

Really disappointed in the service I received while dining here with my fiancé.
Our waiter clearly didn't see us as important guests among the other older couples eating dinner and completely disregarded us throughout the entire evening. After being seated, he came over 15 minutes later to greet us. Ok - no problem here, I was a server for years and understand things get busy and we weren't in a rush. We ordered a bottle of Chardonnay and then didn't see our waiter at all after. 35 minutes (YES 35 minutes to get a bottle of wine) later a food runner brought us our wine and we
