Had my car tuned at the money grab place (starts with a B) and when money grab said bring in to check out issue after tune and pay double for used parts blah blah so i called E1 and they told me what to fix and i went to them for the parts. Also after talking to them found out they have same tune but $100 less and 100% honest.

I ordered up some goodies for my Audi. Some snafu occurred where I ordered a discontinued product. Aadel called me within 5 min of placing my order - keep in mind, it's probably 8pm pst on his end. Aadel's first order of business was making sure we had the right vehicle details so he can track down the right part number. I have been going to E1 Motorsports for upgrades and maintenance on my MK7 Golf R and these guys never disappoint. They are honest and efficient, and obviously passionate about their work. Some shops tend to seem 'too busy' to explain things or just carry a small conversation with clients. This is not the case with E1. They are extremely knowledgeable and do great work. Brian, and Adele have done all the work on my Audi A7. These guys educated me on things that I needed help with. They were very knowledgeable. All of the work performed by them was in a professional manner and done to my satisfaction. They stand behind their work one hundred percent. I took my Audi TTS in for an APR intercooler, downpipe, dogbone, and pendulum install. Lowered the car with H&R sport springs, and installed APR's stage 2 software. They installed all the parts and did an alignment all in 24 hours. I even got a loaner to drive around while the work was being performed. Car is now fast, firm, and no more jerky shifts in sport mode.
I also had some wheel fitment issues and asked if they could help me out. They had a set of HRE wheels in house that they thought could test fit, so we tested and I bought them at a great price.

Love these guys. Not only are they honest but they are personable and detail oriented.
Shop is clean and customer friendly. I advise all to try them for yourself.

I had just bought my 2013 S6 and wanted a local dealer to tune it. I called around to 3 APR dealers in Houston before deciding to go with Aadel at Elite. Aadel went into depth about his experiences with the APR Stg 1 tune and even took me for a ride in his car (at the time, a 2016 S7). I decided to have him put the APR Stg 1 tune on my car, which is a night and day difference! I could not be happier with the performance gains.

Aadel has gone above and beyond to win my business. The Volkswagen/ Audi tuning community is a better place with him in it. I cannot think of any other tuner who would invite you to his home to tune your car, because it's closer to your home and he's booked at the shop. Elite Custom's shop is very well maintained, and has top of the line equipment. I have powder coated wheels, and the fact they have a touchless tire mounting machine is very important to me. Other shops in Houston nickel dime you to death, Aadel is more interested in earning continued business than bleeding you dry

I can't say enough good things about Elite. The customer service and quality of work is beyond anything I have experienced. The little things matter and they have it all covered. I recently was in getting an APR tune on my 2016 Audi S6 but I have been in for other work including new tires and paint repair. I highly recommend this shop to anyone and would go out of my way to use them in the future. Luckily they are close to Sugar Land, where I currently live!

I have considered other tuning shops in the Houston area, but Elite Custom Performance is easily the best tuning shop to go to in Houston. Aadel takes care of you from beginning to end. I was quoted 1 hour for the APR Stage 1 flash, but the job was completed by 30 minutes, giving me not only time to get to work, but also to be able to grab lunch. Customer service afterwards (follow-up) is exceptional as well. If you want to be taken care of, this is the place to go.
