Brought a vehicle in for alignment after lunch when they were already busy with a long list. Got it done by five at a very reasonable price. Use again.

Great service. Techs are very knowledgeable and want the job done right. Very accommodating . I was referred by Byron at Discount Tire and very happy. John and Kevin were very methodical and perseverant in figuring out my issue. It turned out to need the alignment but the relatively new tires were causing the problem. Something wrong internally. They called discount tire and related their finding , then discount replaced the 6 month old tires .

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. The wait wasn't bad considering they took us in an hour and a half before closing time, which was at 2. They had multiple cars ahead of us and we left around 2:15.

Best in town for brakes and wheel related issues like stud replacement etc.

Went in Saturday for a broken wheel stud. It was 1230 pm. They close at 2. Kevin got me in and really saved the day. He got me back on track on a very short time frame and allowed me to take my trip to Austin.

I went in for just an alignment but was immediately notified of a damaged control arm along with needing strut replacements. Kevin was able to show me a diagram and provide me as much information as I needed. He was of great help. Nline Automotive was very professional and attentive to my needs. In no way of an exaggeration, I feel like I'm driving a new car. I am a happy customer.

First time customer & this will be my shop of choice for the services provided thanks to John F. I arrived right at opening hoping to be 1 of the 1st in line bc I had an extremely tight schedule for this particular morning. To my disappointment, every single bay was already occupied and I was looking at a 3 hour wait at the very least. Which I couldn't spare but really needed to have the vehicle aligned that morning as I more than likely wouldn't have been able to come back before having to go back to work. John was gracious enough to move some things around unbeknownst to me which cut my wait

This place has great reviews for a reason. We are new in town and needed general maintenance on my car. Decided to give them a try. Dropped my vehicle off at 8am and the were done at 10:30 sharp, as promised. This will definitely be my go to from now on.

For anyone who has lowered their car this review will be short and sweet for you: I had called many other places and they quoted me a TON of money and after asking around the VW community I was told to check these guys out. I got my car lowered down the street and they had nothing but great things to say about the company. I got there early in the morning and they were able to get me in relatively quick. They did great work and I was checked in with a few different times for updates. $89 wasn't bad, and even if they had to charge me in addition to that I would have been ok with it. If you're having front end issues these are the guys you want to come see. I've used them several times they're cheap and professional.

Quality work great service and clear communication. I brought them my Lexus GX wanting a lift and a snorkel. They were comfortable installing the lift but preferred to pass on snorkel due to body work required to install it. The car looks and drives great.

I was referred to Nline by Discount Tire for an alignment. Arrived at 8a as suggested when I called. Worked at a desk in the lobby with secure WiFi. Car was ready in an hour and 15 minutes. Priced as quoted over the phone. Car drives like new. Excellent service by the staff!

Guys are great. The showroom is clean if you want to hang out and wait. They gave me an estimate and stayed within their quote. I'll go back again.

Came in for an alignment on my wife's Nissan and these guys came back with $1200 worth of bogus repairs that had to be done before they could align the wheels. They charged me $35 to tell me this.

Took the car to Mossy Nissan and they were able to get it aligned. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place. Total scam.

Installed new front struts work was done fair and fair price. $325 for labor and alignment I bought the parts.

DO NOT GO HERE. they try to reel you in with a low cost to do an alignment and they told me I needed new bearings and a simple alignment went from 60$ to 1800$. What they didn't know is I had new wheel bearings on the car a month ago ! They want to cheat you and tell you that you need new parts to do an alignment when In reality I didn't. LEAVE LEAVE LEAVE

Awful service. Made an appt they didn't honor so they tried to squeeze me in a few hours later. Waited an hour and they never helped. Go elsewhere.

I visited this place a few weeks ago to get an alignment. They told me to show up at 8am on Saturday as they are a first come, first served business.

I showed up exactly at 8 and told there were quite a few customers already in front of me. The representative said they would call me once they were complete. One hour turned into three hours passed, so I made the trip back to the location.

About 10 minutes after I arrived, the representative said he needed to speak with me. He then proceeded to outline an array of issues that they had noticed going on. When he was complete, the quote came out

I had issues with my vehicle starting and my battery was drained. I contacted the shop who instructed me to have it transported to them for evaluation.
They quickly assessed my issue after evaluation and provided me with efficient and prompt service.

I will return for my automotive needs. Family business and great attention to their customers.
