I am a long-term satisfied customer of Williamson Tire Co. Mike Williamson honors his tire protection warranties even when you haven't bought any tires and services for awhile. I finally noticed a low front tire today. I was able to limp in on 12 psi to the shop without ruining my tire or rim. Within a 35 minute time frame the flat was fixed and refilled with nitrogen. Mike also honors the warranty on topping off or refilling nitrogen for the life of the tire. I am given no special treatment or payment for this review. I am a grateful customer. Period!

Unfortunately I made the mistake coming here after looking at the positive reviews. Before my new tires were put on my rear wheels, I kindly asked the gentleman doing the job to please be careful with the wheels(or as some of you call them,rims). I said this because my wheels on my other vehicle we're damaged a couple years ago and I have been paranoid since. He then assured me not to worry. These wheels pictured are very expensive. After the job was done I took a quick look and they looked fine, although it was hard to tell because of how dirty they were at that moment. I then went home and

Even though the location is a bit off the beaten path, I appreciated that it was a very fast turn around to change my tires.
I ordered the tires online (form a different seller) had them sent here and put them on all in less time than it would have taken me at any other tire places in the city. If there is one thing I can't stand it is to sit in a tire shop for hours waiting for my car - it probably took them around 30 mins to do the job here.

It is rare that I find an auto shop/tire shop that I absolutely love. I have to give praise to this place for giving me exceptional service on my boyfriends' Audi S5. We took the vehicle to Audi that morning to be serviced, and they found that the tire needed to be replaced due to a nail. That would cost $380 for tire and labor. I thought to get another opinion as the tire pressure light wasn't even on. I arrived at Williamson and they took the tire off, plugged the tire, put the tire back on (apologized for the 20 minute wait period I suffered- hahaha!) and they charged me $15. That

Amazing!! Wonderfully friendly service, quick, and easy. I went to have a tire patched and they worked really hard to fix it and didn't pressure me to buy anything. All the customers I saw seemed to be regulars and the man at the front desk called everyone by name and was very welcoming. They even have books to read while you wait!

Wow! Friendly environment. Easy going staff. Unbeatable price for my wheel and tires. The wheel I needed was a really hard to find. I had already been to 4 other places that didn't have it, but they found the right one for me, and they gave it to me for only $75. What a steal! About half the price online.

Fantastic privately owned, local family shop! The staff and the owner were perfectly knowledgeable about every question I had about my car. I called to have new tires installed and they had them ordered and installed within a few hours! They will also match advertised sale prices of major competitors. Professional grade, right here! Knowledgeable. Local. Small business, but big on performance! This place is located in shadows of EaDo and I found out about this place from an online tire purchase. I rotate my tires here regularly and just had a nail taken out of my left rear tire. Discount Tire is nice, but this place is great! Support this place, if you're nearby or in need of tire service!!

I caught a nail and needed a place near my work that also uses nitrogen. I was lucky to find Williamson Tire Company. They were friendly and took charge of the repair work while I waited. They also took the opportunity to top up the other three tires and invited me back to top of the tires with nitrogen for free, for as long as I own the tires. All this for under 20 bucks. I have no complaints.
