Called up AnA Tires when I needed to replace two tires on my Jeep and I was very impressed with the overall experience. I spoke with Zain, who was very professional and clear with instructions. He helped me ensure I was providing the right specs for my tires and walked me though the different types of tires to choose from. I was given a clear date to come in and get my tires replaced once they arrive, and they were replaced in a very reasonable amount of time! They did my oil because my extended warranty company suggested them. Then I needed some work done and choose to use them thinking my problem was extended warranty problems. It took them a whole week just to diagnose I needed an air mass flow senor. Plus they did my sparks plugs and charged 106.00 for labor then bought the highest plugs $30 per. After got suv back come to find out they let somebody take thing out of your vehicle.

Reached out today to have the brake pads replaced on my wife's car I already purchased the parts . I did not feel like doing it so I put out a Yelp project request and got an estimate back from them for $235 to $335 so guess what I'm heading down to my garage to do it myself it won't even take me an hour and for the record i got 9 responses back and nine were even close to what this place is charging .

This auto repair shop is is terrible! Stay away from this place unless you want to be taken advantage of! Took my 1999 Saturn in on a Wednesday because the check engine light was on. They called me and told me it would require two parts and two connectors to get the check engine light to go off. This would cost $702.00. Three days later they called and said the car was ready. I paid them drove 1 block and the light was back on. I returned the car to the repair shop and they indicated that I should drive the car for 2 or 3 days and the light would turn itself off. Avoid this place. I took my car to this establishment for the same issue 3 different times. Each time they misdiagnosed the problem, claimed to fix the issue, & charged me for each visit. I gave up after the 3rd visit, the issue still returned. Plus the women working at the front are rude & distasteful.

Worst experience with this company! They don’t have great customer service, they kept my vehicle for a week and kept telling they have been to busy to get my car, I’d rather you tell me not to bring it then day by day I’m calling asking if my car is ready. Then they told me the problem they apparently fixed 2 years ago is the same occurring problem now?! So did you even fix it! And the front desk lady does her best to not allow you to speak with the head manager!! After getting my oil changed (at a different business) 2 days ago, the undercarriage plastic cover fell off on the highway. I hurriedly made it to this shop.
When I got it - I spoke with the owner and let him know the issue I was having. He immediately got one of his guys to help me out and got my car back on the road.

I have mix feelings about this company. I have a 2016 Ford Mustang that has been having problems with starting. I have taken my car to this place twice and they have yet to fix the issue. First time they informed me that it was my fuel pump, second time it was a fuel pressure sensor. My personal opinion, even though I am not a mechanic, anything pertaining to fuel relations should have been checked the first time. I have paid twice for an issue that was never fixed and now my car has quit on me once again. Yes, the team members are very nice & professional and gives your car back in a timely

Don't EVER do business with this shop. I've taken my car in FOUR times for the same issue and they still can't figure it out after I paid nearly $400 for the service.
They are refusing to grant me a refund unless I bring it in again.
Their staff, especially Rachel, is rude and condescending and apparently cares more about making a buck than providing quality service.
Is $400 really worth the damage to your reputation?
By the way: A business that still doesn't have soap and a dispenser in the men's room for an ENTIRE MONTH after being notified by a customer should tell

Fixed my brakes the same day I brought it in. The cost was a few dollars less than a website estimated it would be for brake replacement on both axles. There was no attempt at upcharging me or coming up with new problems to fix. The woman at the counter, Rachel, was very pleasant and also clearly knowledgeable. I will continue to use them for services in the future!

On a rainy evening I stopped by with a flat tire near closing. I was so impressed with be professionalism, honesty, and thoroughness of this location. They were very trustworthy and helped me promptly. They quickly patched the tire and I made it home within the hour. I will definitely return for my car needs!
