The owners, Jay and Jim, worked for lenders in the past before starting Clayson-Mitchell Mortgage. These lenders were fine companies but at times there were loans that made sense to us but that we could not get done with the companies we worked for. We were able to broker these loans to outside wholesale investors who could do the loans.

We shop your loan out to many different loan companies in order to get you the best rates and loan. Taking your existing loan and restructuring it. You might decide to take out equity in your home when you refinance to pay down other expensive debt. Spending the time now to choose the correct loan for you will save thousands of dollars later.
