Babs De Lay, principle broker of Urban Homes and Estates, is AMAZING. This is the second home I have sold / purchased with her assistance and both times I have been completely satisfied with the experience. She was organized, professional, quickly available, and reliable. She provided clear explanations, answered my many questions, suggested resources to make selling & moving easier, and supported me as I made decisions. I have recommended her for years with good reason. I'm only sorry I moved out of state, preventing me from using her again.

My brother's agent encouraged them to list their house for higher than he should have, then blamed them for listing too high. And was upset with them for worrying about their their house not selling. My brother decided to unlist the house early and was charged $6,000.
I tried to appeal to the owner to give them some of that money back and she hung up on me. After another 2 calls she did talk to me but ensured me that legally they did nothing wrong and that my brother shouldn't have unlisted with them.
I would not recommend this company.

Ross is my favorite agent! He helped us sell our first home and made the process very easy. I personally love how connected he is when it comes to anything you need in your home. We were in the process of selling our home when my AC started acting up. I ended up calling 3 different companies and they all pushed for a new ac unit (12k) I told Ross about what I was going through and he made a quick call and had his buddy come to my house the next day. 1 hour later my AC Was working perfectly and I saved 12k . Definitely would recommend to anyone and everyone !

We worked with Sheridan on our first home buying experience. She was patient, kind, friendly, and super knowledgeable. We first reached out to the folks at Urban Utah because we had heard great things about them and Sheridan still surpassed our expectations. Buying a home is stressful, but they smoothed out the process and made us feel comfortable and confident. In such a fast moving market, we felt like it was important to be in great hands and we absolutely were. We would certainly work with them again!

We recently worked with Urban Utah Homes & Estates with Laurie Stauffer as our agent to sell our home and had an amazing experience. Laurie was very professional to work with. She was hands on and attentive and never pushy about selling our home. She definitely listened to our needs and concerns. The photographer they hired to take photos of our home did a great job. Our house sold quickly and above asking! Laurie helped us negotiate fairly after inspection and was a great resource of information. Michele Haley was fantastic. She definitely was patient and worked to understand what we were looking for in a home. She was able to help us work through every step of the process and reduce the stress of the unknowns. We were able to construct an offer that allowed us to be chosen as the buyers in a multiple offer situation, and we are thrilled with our purchase. She then did a great job in helping us list and sell our home. She put in the time for open house, and guided us in the process of preparation for showings.
