Debbie ensured that we had the best experience and outcome while selling our Sugarhouse home. We wanted to sell our house before having our baby, because who wants to show a house with a newborn; needed to keep the house months after we sold it; and wanted to wanted to close quickly so we did not have to worry about selling our house at the end of surgical residency with a baby coming. Debbie made the process painless and we sold with all the stipulations, still above asking price.

Debbie Gaddie is an excellent real estate agent. I have been involved in seven real estate transactions over the years, and without a doubt, Debbie is the best agent I have worked with. I met her recently at an open house when she was representing the seller. I wound up purchasing that house and Debbie represented both parties. She did an excellent job of treating me and the seller fairly to make sure that the deal went through and everyone was satisfied in the end.
