I'm actually livid about this realtor and this company. M. Alexa Rodriguez contacted me to do a showing for one of her clients, the time she requested did not work for our schedule and I wrote back letting her know what times worked and explained that we had to be back in our home no later than 8:30 p.m.. my husband got home around 8:40/8:45 p.m. And apologized, said he had to get ready for work. The realtor was extremely rude to him, acted like he was invading their space and privacy. I would not be so upset had she been 1. Apologetic and left when he got there and 2. Actually left before 8:30

Macon and Ruth are such sweethearts! They always went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and getting the best deal in every scenario. They really made my daughter and I feel like family and I can't thank them enough. Buying a house is stressful and they really made it so much less so. I adore them both and I would highly recommend working with them!

I recently worked with Terry Dennis & had a horrible experience. This individual seems to be plagued with a bad temper, was uncooperative in creating a successful resolution, & lacks the basic communication skills of a professional. He lacks the basic skills to navigate & conduct himself as a professional. I would be totally surprised if the broker of this agency wasn't aware of this individual's short comings. This experience wasn't an isolated incident, it would be indicative of his personality. I would never recommend Terry Dennis or any agency that employs such a low caliber person. Very unimpressed

My husband and I loved using James Rankin with MediaOne as our Real Estate agent. This was our first home sold and second home bought with MediaOne. James was very professional and met all of our needs in a timely manner. He knew our needs and didn't try to get us in just any home quickly. He was patient in finding us just the right home. I have been pleased with my experience with MediaOne Real Estate. My agent, Eunice Jones, worked extremely hard and was always available. She was a great advocate for me as a seller. Eunice works well with buying agents and kept me apprised of listing activity. She went above and beyond, dealing with my alarm system and my cat, and even brought me dinner when I was moving out! She is very professional and knowledgeable, warm and wonderful....nothing but positive things to say about my agent and MediaOne in general.
