Dave did a great job right from the start. He sold our house faster than we ever thought possible. He was responsive and helpful every step of the way. Before working with David, finding a real estate agent that I felt was honest and I could trust was a challenge. That made me feel very vulnerable. I would recommend David Supinger for real estate services. Our home needed a lot of repairs before it could be sold, but we couldn't make the repairs until after we moved out. The situation seemed hopeless. David helped us understand how to solve the problem. With his help we worked out the finances, the repairs, and a time line that solved our dilemma. We found a house that better meets the needs of our growing family and got a great price on the sale of our old home. Due to David's expertise we were offered more than the appraisal price and $45,000 more than the house was worth before being repaired
