Rooftop Property Management handles resident placement, requires each prospect to complete an application, and conducts a full credit/criminal background check, then follows up to verify employment and rental history. With aggressive advertising continually running, we take hundreds of calls daily to keep our units rented.

I made an appointment to look at a property that was listed on Zillow. The pictures were not too bad and I knew beforehand that I was going to an older home that appeared to be well maintained in the pictures. NOT!
The pictures were from some time in the distant past and did not EVEN reflect the current state of the property. When I mentioned this to the property management's owner and agent showing the house, he became insulting to me. The place was a dump and they had increased the rent from the previous tenant $75 per month. This is not appropriate on any level.

I emailed and called the property manger several to notify him that we was moving due to domestic violence issues. He did not respond until we moved out. Even though we moved out in November we stilled paid through February. He did not even begin the listing process till March. The house should have been listed months before. Then we were billed for obscure items that were not working before we moved in as well. ($80 Microwave light bulb etc.)
Additionally our hot water went out during the middle of winter and it took weeks for them to get it fixed. What made this worse is we have 2 small children

Watch out for these people. On my 2K deposit they only gave me $200 back even though we hired professionals that cleaned the house, that by the way charged me $200 to deep clean the house and did a great job and this management company charged over $700!! To clean a house... they left paint for us which we used to touch up walls and the paint didn’t match and we got charged over 1K!! They took advantage of us and I would recommend everyone to thing twice before using these people
