She is a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR), Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), and the National Association of Realtors, and has been for all her years in the real estate profession.
We'll review the information you've provided and call your client to walk them through their options. For every referral who signs a property management contract, we'll pay you $350 as our thank you. Sending us a referral doesn't mean saying goodbye to future sales commissions. Instead, we'll handle the property management for your client and refer future sales back to you.
Clogged Toilets: If your toilet won't flush properly, please locate a plunger and try to push the blockage through the pipes. Be careful not to flush your toilet while doing this or you could cause the basin to overflow. Drains: If your drains are draining slowly or not working altogether, you can purchase a drain cleaning tool from most hardware stores.

They are the best Landlord management company. They give exceptional advice to you and Adona and her team are the best.
They keep you informed, review all vendor estimates for repairs and advise you if they are responsible , if not responsible, they negotiate for you or get another vendor.
You do not have to wait for any resolutions or finished information regarding any questions or any concerns on your properties, they are so proactive for you.
I highly recommend them as a professional management company wherever you live in Texas or any other state.

We used LPM to manage our home in Stone Oak for 6+ years while we were living in Germany and they were simply outstanding...Adona Lowry, Bryan Rubio and the entire LOM team treated our house like it was their own home! When we placed the home on the market to sell, it was in show-ready condition and needed minimal maintenance actions.

I worked with Adona and Brian for two years. They helped me earn extra money by renting out my house. The deposits were always prompt and they always sent out a monthly statement. They took care of everything from HOA dues to finding a great renter. They even took care of all the repairs, including getting everything ready before putting it on the market. When I moved back into my house, once again they took care of eveything so I could move back in as though I had never left!
