Courtney has taken her leadership skills from the classroom to the realm of real estate and has earned her Broker's license. She's a graduate of the Texas Realtor Leadership Program (TRLP), has her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and is an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NARPM).

She has also earned her Texas Realtor Leasing Specialist (TRLS) and Texas Realtor Property Manager (TRPM), which requires both classes and years of experience in property management. If I could give less than one star, I would. Absolutely stay away from MHN Properties unless you want to be scammed out of your money.

To begin, they make you get Rhino "insurance" as opposed to a security deposit. It's not insurance. It is just a company that ensures the property gets paid if something happens to the properties (like cosmetic damages upon move out), and then that company makes you reimburse them. Waste of time.

Second, the amount of communication or lack thereof is astounding. Our walk through individual came in very unprofessional, seemingly inebriated,

Would give a lower rating if I could!don't due business with this company. Had them rent out my house out while I was in the military and they got some carpet people to come do a repair and even though we paid MHN to pay the carpet people they never paid for the work. The carpet people place a lein on my house, Mhn was no help the just sent a email saying that to much time had passed, no call and never returned any of my calls. Now I m stuck paying for their mistake. This is why they have BBB score of F, do research before you choose this company there are better companies out there that don

It appears MHN treats real estate agents and home owners exceptionally well but residents are treated absolutely horrible. That was my experience. The home I rented for one year had many issues when I moved in. Not a single door handle or faucet handle worked correctly. I had to document a lot of things that were damaged. Three months prior to move out a maintenance inspection was done and the contractor told me I had taken excellent care of the home and only documented the scratches on the front door from my dog as damage done by me. I agreed. However, upon move out I was given a bill for $2700

Was told that we were the first to apply after days of the property being listed. Immediately after paying their fees and jumping through hoops to fill the fill out their ridiculous application, there were apparently multiple people in front of us. Was told they would be in contact once our application had been viewed if they needed anything else. Never heard from them until days after the property had been taken off the website. Poor time management, poor responsiveness, poor customer service, and overall a poor experience.

Upon submitting work orders as instructed to do by Property Managment after completion of initial inventory condition form, 6 of 8 work orders were dismissed without further explanation. Moreover, they told me to document these items on the inventory condition form that I completed about a week prior which included pictures and notes documenting each item or concern. Of note, there are several cleanliness concerns including the washing machine having debris and foreign objects, dog hair present in the carpet and elsewhere after being told the carpet was clean. Also, the garbage disposal is rusted

When I first rented my house through MHN I was a touch overwhelmed by the steps in the process, but I’ve discovered that all of those steps ensure that MHN is always prepared and ready to make my rental experience simple and easy. I've worked with several property management companies in different states and MHN has stood out as the clear best. Horrible customer service after move in...the rudest people ever!

Don't help with anything, always condensing, and claim we are responsible for damages that were since moved in!

I have lived all over the country, and have never seen crooks like this in Real Estate...

Please, please, do not give these people your money. They are a dishonest organization plain and simple!

The worst property management team in Texas! I have been with MHN for 11 years and was happy in the beginning under Keith Miller. 2017 his daughter Courtney took over as manager. 2018. I requested that all work on my 3 houses have hours work recorded by the company working on my house. Courtney said that MHN does not record, So I asked of there is software out there what could record hours worked on my houses. Her answer coldly (2018) was no. MY CPA say there are advantages of hours recorded but Courtney said it would be too hard to do??? excuse me? I asked again in 2019 and Courtney she looked

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. This is the worst property manager in San Antonio, easily. They treat their tenants like actual garbage. They tried to scam us out of appox. $5,000 in property damages when it never stated in our lease it cost $75 dollars to re-install a door handle that was BROKEN when we moved in. They never responded to any maintenance requests. Upon moving in there was black mold in the toilets. To move out we hired a professional cleaning service that was over $300 and then they told us their job was 'insufficient' and charged us an additional cleaning fee for

We, as tenants, are so often faced with unprofessional work when trying to get things fixed or someone to just pay attention to our concerns. MHN , I am happy to report, has always done their best to help us as soon as is possible with our maintenance requests, as well as any other issues we have had over the course of the last year and 1/2. We always find the employees to be courteous and concerned, and our problems are addressed as soon as is possible. We greatly appreciate our experience with this company and those involved with its professional management.

I'd give less if I could. This management company is actually the worst. They are rude, unresponsive, and could care less about their tenants and what their tenants deem important to them.

Our rental property required extensive pest management so they sent several pest companies to estimate costs. One of the men who came was incredibly strange and made us extremely uncomfortable based on the comments he made and the fact that he wouldn't leave our house even after several requests for him to leave. The worst company ever period.
They constantly try to find ways to fee and fine you for every little thing.
They schedule inspections and are always trying to get in the house to look for things they can pick apart or harass you over.
You pay a security deposit which should cover most damages if any but they don't look at it like that they come and inspect and if something isn't perfect they fine you.
Then they steal your security deposit.
They aren't happy with your monthly rent they want at least 300-400 extra per month in lease violations that they will dig to find something

This has to be the worst place to try to rent from. I have tried to call Ronnah at least 30 times and never received a call back. I live out of town(moving soon) and my mom went to the office and of course Ronnah said she didn't have time to call me back because she had to pick up her grandkids. I applied for a home but was denied due to "credit". Of course my credit is not bad. Ronnah had called my husband and told him everything was good just waiting on the background check. This company is awful! We are relocating to San Antonio from Austin, and was approved for one of their rental properties. We should have known from the start that this was a mistake, as we had to jump through hoops just to have the property shown. They never answer the phone, nor do they call back! Needless to say, they quickly asked us to mail out the deposit, which we did and have not heard anything from anyone. I immediately stopped payment on my check, and left a message saying that I am no longer interested. We'll the agent finally calls back, asking when can we come sign the lease?!

Worst. Rental agency. Ever. They are unhelpful and impolite as well as terrible with communication. They are only nice until they have your money. And even then, mildly so. Don't expect to get treated with anything but resentment.
Condescending attitudes from the moment we signed those papers.
You are lucky if you get a maintenance order taken care of within 2 months.
I truly wish that I had read reviews before signing this lease.

First I must say, I completely disagree with the negative yelp reviews. I have been working with Keith, Ronnah and staff at MHN since 2009 as they manage my rental properties. Even though I live out of state, they do a fantastic job of managing any of the tenants concerns in a timely manner as well as renting out the properties in a timely and efficient manner. I highly recommend MHN to friends and family!!

I saw the one star reviews when I goggled MHN properties and I was curious since they manage a property for me in San Antonio. I never thought to write a review for my property manager, but I wanted something to contrast the perspective of some upset tenants.

My experience as an owner has been excellent. They've managed one of my properties for the past 18 months. When I first turned my property over to them there were a number of repairs needed to meet the rental codes: Adding additional deadbolts, blocking pin for the sliding glass door, etc. There were even a few minor repairs which needed

I would not recommend, refer, or encourage anyone to rent from MHN Properties. I have to say that this is one of the worst and dishonest companies that we have rented from AND the owner is very condescending. We had a similar experience as the previous tenants and agree that they do very little to maintain or fix any problems. It took months for someone to come and look at the dry rotted fence falling apart around the entire backyard, only for a small section on one side to eventually be replaced/fixed.
Also, prior to moving out we paid for a professional cleaning service and had the carpets cleaned

I was extremely disappointed with MHN Properties. As a tenant, I know they don't work for me (they made this very clear), but work for the property owner. That being said, as the property owner's acting agent, they should really review how they treat their tenants. The realtors will only interact with you during a showing- if you call, the ladies at the front desk will do everything in their power to prevent you from talking directly to them, to include relaying messages word for word through them, like some sick game of telephone.
I am in agreement that the work order process is a joke

If you are a tenant looking for a home, or a homeowner looking for a quality property management company, run the other way. This company is extremely unprofessional, they do not return phone calls, and they take forever on maintenance requests. In the past I've had to threaten legal action to get anything done.
