Search no further for a reliable mechanic. These guys are the best! Seriously. They're always super honest, and have told me more than once that I don't need to do any work on my car. Other times, they've told me they only had to make a minor adjustment to fix a problem, and then didn't charge me. Once I went in to have my break light replaced, and they didn't charge me, because they felt bad I had to wait (less than 10 minutes to pay) while they dealt with another customer. I've been bringing my car here for years, and will continue to even though I've moved to the suburbs. They are extremely friendly and knowlegeable. if, like me, you know next to nothing about cars, they will clearly explain why certain services are or aren't needed, what types of maintenance schedules to maintain, etc.

I'm sure they're fantastic if you know everything there is to know about auto repair and maintenance, but for those of us who don't, they are helpful, honest, and easy to work with.

AB does quality work on a quick turnaround, and Paul always takes the time to explain what's wrong with my car in a way that I can easily understand. I never feel like I'm being upsold or charged for anything unnecessary here. If you feel like you're being bamboozled elsewhere, come see Paul!

After having what was evolving into a horrific car service experience with Toyota's Northside's service department, I decided to audit an astronomical estimate they gave me to repair/service my vehicle.

So, I heavily researched social media and tapped my social circle to find a few ethical auto service companies to take my car to for a second opinion and in making honest and accurate recommendations.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. They always do great work for me at great value and they always do it fast. Paul also always takes the time to to explain to me exactly what car parts are in question, how they work, and why he'll be suggesting one repair but not another. And he does all of this without seeming condescending. It helps me feel like such a more confident car owner. Whereas every other car shop I've ever been to I've felt kind of steamrolled and kept in the dark. I love this place!!!!!!

Have always been friendly, helpful, and reasonable. My brother is an auto tech and I always run repairs they recommend by him along with the price and he always says they are right on.

Paul was great at helping me with my car issues. He made sure to follow up that everything was alright. I felt comfortable as a female making sure that I was not getting ripped off, as pricing was very fair and reliable. Could not recommend more

I've been coming here for years and consistently appreciate their transparency and help. Like most of the other reviews say, they aren't like typical mechanics who swindle you because they want customer loyalty. I've been pleasantly surprised a couple times when they've returned my car to me within less than 24 hours.

One time while getting gas here, I mistakingly locked my keys in my car. I believe it was Paul who assisted me in getting them out and he explained to me what he was doing so I could try myself if I needed to in the future. 6/5 stars if I could which is so weird

We've all had the mechanic that say everything is a 911.

The place was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. Our Cherokee had issues starting and we thought it might be the battery. Took in in and learned that even though the battery needs changing, the main issue is the starter. Paul was very informative when he called my husband about it and we agreed that this needs to be fixed. Our car was ready the following day. Customer service was above and beyond throughout the process. Even though we hope we won't need to go back ever again, it sure is a place we will rave about to our friends.

Been here twice for two different repairs. First time it was a brake job, second time I needed my catalytic converter replaced after it was stolen (smh). They're a good, honest shop. Despite the relatively small size, they got my vehicle finished quickly both times, and they stand behind their repairs.

I had an excellent experience. Paul is very friendly. He explained everything upfront to me. The next day morning, he called and explained everything with detail. Didn't try to sell out anything. No pressure!. They did a full inspection on my car which is great. Excellent service. This is going to be my to-go mechanic store.

I decided to come here while looking for quotes on getting my front brakes done on my Audi A6. Several shops quoted me ridiculous numbers and on top of that none other than the dealership had the breaks. However the dealership wanted 4x what these guys charged.

Fast forward 2 years, I moved to ATL and still drove my car back up to these guys for my 85K service, oil change and tires because they continue to do quality work at a reasonable price.

I used to live near this place and had 2 cars that I brought here all the time. One of them was a rideshare vehicle that I shared with my roommate so it got a lot of abuse.

I love these guys. Paul is always straightforward and honest, and last time flat out let me know that the Lyft car was going to cost more to repair than the car is worth at this point.

We moved about 45 minutes-an hour away but I still intend to bring my car here all the way from Naperville because I trust these guys so much to give me a fair price for good work.

I had a bunch of problems with my car. Paul who is the friendly guy you walk into when you arrive took really good care of everything. He understands how frustrating it can be to have a car messing up and empathizes with you to the max as he tries his very best to have everything taken care of in a timely fashion for you. He explained everything in detail, gave options for what to do with explanations of outcomes. On top everything the labor comes with a warrantee, so if anything does go wrong you're not left high and dry.

This is my second time taking my Highlander to AB. The shop Manager Phil was great- very helpful guy. Knows his business. Within dropping the car the service was complete after a few hours and cost $70 vs the $210 that Toyota quoted.

I experienced great customer service. I called on a Saturday morning to see if they were open and if they could do an oil change. I spoke with Phil and was given the ok to come in and was quoted a decent price before I got off the phone. I arrived in about 5 minutes. The speed of that oil change was swift and satisfying. Fluid levels were actually checked and topped off along with tire pressure. I will be bringing my business back in the future!
