I bought in my 2015 Subaru Outback. I took my very dirty car in to be detailed and I am so pleased with the outcome! I had many stains from dirty dog feet and spills. The leather was looking rough and the team at Milito’s restored my car! The car looks brand new. Will definitely bring my car back!

Today my tire was losing air quickly. I called my favorite station and asked if they could take me today. The girl at the counter told me to bring it right in. I was in and out within 35 minutes. And they only charged me $35 to remove a nail and repair the tire. I appreciated the way they take care of their customers. I feel so fortunate to have them so close by and so helpful.

I've found Milito's to be fair and fast! They were patient and helpful with the process of replacing my stolen catalytic converter and what to expect from my insurance. I asked to have a cage installed so it wouldn't get stolen again (they didn't pressure me to get it done). When my car started making a clicking noise afterwards, they told me they would be able to look at it the next day but actually got it back to me just a few hours after I dropped it off! And didn't charge me since it turned out the cage they installed was a little loose (I was hoping to not be charged, but a lot of auto repair

Jay was great! A piece had fallen off the front of our car (didn't even know that could happen - thought it was all one piece!). I brought the piece in and asked if it could be fixed. 5 minutes after checking in, without an appointment, they took my car in, peeled off the cardboard and duck tape I had put on, bolted the piece back in, offered to fix a fog light that was out and I was out the door in about 15 minutes! Jay was super nice and the price was good too. Highly recommend Milito's. The only bad part is... while you are waiting, you sit right in front of the candy counter - haha! Of course

I used to go to the dealer to have my Chrysler minivan serviced. But as it aged I became less enchanted with them. I had used Milito's for my wife's aging 2001 Jaguar and had ale=ways been happy with the results.
I was scheduled for an oil change (130,000 mi!), but had other concerns as well. I had the breaks checked, a fist sized dent in the corner of the rear bumper to be popped out, some tail light wiring that was dangling, a faulty tire pressure sensor and a balky AC unit.
It turned out there was a nail in a tire, so there. Everything was addressed in one day at the

I live in Florida and my daughter just moved to Chicago. Her Jeep would not start, and I was a little far to come jump it. I called a few places and Milito’s came to the rescue. They were pleasant to deal with on the phone, met my daughter at 9:00 pm to jump start it and let her follow back to the shop to leave to get fixed the next day. Great service!!!

My car was really struggling with a transmission issue and when I brought it to Milito's they were more than kind and helpful. They even called my dad for me to talk over what they were going to do, and assured me that they weren't going to do anything until I gave the go ahead and we agreed on a plan. They not only let me know that my car transmission was under recall at the dealership but when I asked if they should tow the car to the dealership they chimed in that I could drive it safely and they did not want to waste my money on a tow (not something most places would do). The staff inside and in the service center are fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. I got there for mainly my tire repairs. If you don't like pumping your own gas, this too is the place. The car wash is not particularly good in my opinion given the price and this is an auto wash. The guys barely dry the car and don't really seem to car if you don't like how your car comes out. There are cheaper, yet better options.

I went here for scheduled maintenance. After they worked on it I noticed a new sound that I haven't heard from my car before. So I went back and waited if they could figure out where the sounds was coming from.
After waiting 3 hours Jose was at first unable to find the spice of the rattling sound. But he suggested we go on a test drive so confirm we were hearing the same sounds.
During our test drive we spoke of the possible causes of the sound. During our discussion Jose gave another suggestion and he was right.
I am impressed how Jose was able to find a solution. He was very respectful, polite

People will hold me responsible in part but I actually used this experience as a test to see how bad service can be. I brought a trailer add-on for a scooter in on June 21st. Nothing mechanical, simply to have them out it together because I don't have any tools. It is July 25th and I have been told by Jayjay and Jose---each of them 3 times, 6 times total that it would be done "by tomorrow or next day latest" always with a smile and always letting me down. I went down to Florida---the reason for transporting the scooter, and came back. I was told it would be done a week before I went

I scheduled an interior detail with Milito's, and they did a fantastic job. From booking to checkout, the process was smooth, professional, and everyone I spoke to was friendly and accommodating. Amazing! They left me speechless! Friday night, 1 hour to closing, I brought my car for an estimate, having left an other auto repair totally frustrated, mistrusting people there. The hood release mechanism failed and I was told there that I needed a new latch and a cable. After about 20 min Jose the manager and the mechanic Tom emerged telling me that it was done. They didn't give me an estimate, they fixed it! Apparently it didn't need a new latch... just a bit of TLC - a lube and adjustment. So in the other place they either tried to rip me off or they didn't know what they were

Drove in to Milito's last week with a flat tire. I didn't even have to say anything - as I was driving up one of the service guys walked out, asked me to turn a bit to the right and then held his hands up to stop. I got out, and he said "You've got a nail in that tire - we'll fix it and have you on your way in 10 minutes. After repairing the tire, they made sure all 4 tires were inflated properly, and turned off the tire indicator light inside the car. All in 10 minutes. Who has service like that anymore? No one does - except Milito's.

These guys are kind, they answer all questions, answer their phones, and they don't upsell you unnecessarily. I trust them with my cars, and know that the money is worth it (I don't feel like I am overpaying!)
I really like that they have a parking lot so I don't have to worry about street parking. I never get gas there because it's $$, but they have a car wash, and they wash your car before returning it!

We have been going here for years for car washes, gas, etc. and have had nothing but great experiences. However, we recently went to get a screw removed from our tire. They claimed they removed it and we drove home. The next time we went to our car, we noticed the tire was flat and the screw was still in the tire. This required us to miss our planned trip out of town. When we went back the next day when they were open, they charged us FULL PRICE and alleged that the screw was different from the one before. It obviously was not and we had photos to prove it. We still had to pay full price

The communication from this shop is top notch. Tony, whom I believe is the owner, helped me setup an appointment. Once we got the ball rolling on that, JJ kept in contact with me as they waited about a week for a back ordered part to be delivered. JJ called me the following weekend once the part was there and was able to squeeze me in that same day.
Very friendly staff, honest work, and nice neighborhood location. What more could you ask for?

Open more days and hours than other service shops. They are great and priced well. I got a flat on Sunday night and everybody else was closed. Militos did tire repair (patching) until 10pm. I'm so thankful. So I showed up and they took me in right away and in 15/20 minutes they finished and fixed it completely! I was so happy! I recommend them totally!
