I have a very old car and something always goes wrong with the car. The 31st Auto Repair always was able to fix it right away and saved me from getting a new car. The repair costs are always reasonable. This place is my GO TO if repair work is needed on all our family cars.

I moved into this neighborhood almost 3 years ago with an older car that I've been reluctant to part ways with since I've become accustomed to not having a car payment. Every time I've taken my car there, they have been reliable, very fairly priced, and saved me, so far, from biting the bullet and buying a new car . I have a dollar amount in my head where I say it's not worth it to repair and every time they have come in well under that price. Thank You!!!

My car had trouble starting on n off. Took it to Firestone n after paying for the diagnostic, they didn't know wat the problem was. ..so I dont know wat I actually paid for.
Called this place as they hv good reviews Kayla was nice n helpful. I appreciated the fact that communication was done in text as well. They said I needed a new starter. Lo n behold, my little car is working again.

Called ahead and they were able to fix my problem in a few days. They had great communication, the lady at the front desk was spectacular at calling me and letting me know what was going in and also updating price estimates. She explained what was going on and what parts they need, how long it should take. When they finally got the parts in they fixed it within 39 minutes. Also when I went to pick it up he actually SHOWED me an example of what the problem was and also didn't talk down to me or do it in a condescending way. My check engine light came on and no auto parts stores would do the free diagnostic for me because of covid. I brought my car over to the shop this afternoon (I only live a couple blocks away) and the guys ran the diagnostic, figured out the very small issue, and took care of it, all in about ten minutes total. All in all a pretty minor thing but I was really pleased with how quick they got it taken care of, and didn't charge me a thing for it. Thanks, you guys!

Lady at the front desk who is not a mechanic but said my a/c couldn't be fixed without letting the actual mechanic look at my vehicle to diagnose. Lady was rude and condescending. Don't go here. Also, she doesn't wear a mask while talking to you. Covid is still around. Don't go here or send any of your friends or family. You will not have the car fixed properly because of the non mechanic lady at the front desk making the diagnosis and judging people when they come in. If your not full asian don't go here they will treat you poorly, almost racist.

Went here to get a taillight fixed - I recently moved to the neighborhood and hadn't picked a go-to auto repair place. They worked super efficiently (I was in and out in just a few minutes, without an appointment) and the price was very fair. They also added air in my tires when I asked. I will definitely be coming back for my auto needs!

I have difficult time trusting car repair shops due to past experiences. Especially the chains like Midas and Firestone, who charge you an arm and a leg for small repairs, by replacing unnecessary parts, and charging very high labour charges. I got my car repaired from 31st Auto repair recently, and they are pretty honest people. Treated me very well and the charges were very reasonable. I will definitely go to them going forward for all my repairs, and will also recommend my friends to go there. Very transparent and superb service.

I have been going there since I bought my 1st car 1.5 years ago. It was a used car and I had no idea about car and related issues. So I was worried about where to go for repairing and maintenance work. Luckily I went to 31st Auto after searching in google. It was a perfect decision. They are honest, good at fixing car,price is very reasonable and very helpful.So I got everything that I was expecting for .I can rely on them and relax. Highly recommend!!

I've never liked going to an auto shop. The experience is usually stressful. I am always unsure of how much I will have to pay overall and I never know how long things will take.

I called 31st Auto Repair on a Saturday in hopes they could fit me in for an oil change. They were pleasant over the phone and told me to bring my car in when I could. An hour later, I was seated in their nice waiting room. I waited about 30 minutes before they told me my car was ready.

I took my car in to this auto shop to have them fix the wheel alignment and check the breaks. They don't do wheel alignment there but did find an additional issue which was that the radiator cover was "missing" and needed to be replaced. The woman who called me with the diagnosis told me the radiator could fall out without it. She quoted me $980 to fix it. I took my car to a tire shop to get the wheel alignment and they looked at the plastic radiator cover which wasn't missing but loose and ziptied it back on for nothing. The piece doesn't even keep the radiator covered

I am the guy who used to go archer' xxxx ' to fix my car, i had the 99 4runner limited, i got the major tune up here and i am really happy with their services, they are polite and honest and the price is reasonable and lower compare to other bigger mechanic store. Store is clean and neat and of course u can have a waiting room and snacks , free drinks and snacks! first of all i love my 4runner and i hope to keep it till very long time. i had my timing belt ,water pump, thermostat, rack and pinion , link kit and bushing ,tires etc installed . Excellent auto shop! I like their welcoming waiting area is super clean with fruits and snacks. The team is friendly, professional, and focused. They are straight up on what do the vehicle needs and give out advice before repairing. Their prices are fair given the value offered. I got a free car wash after the repairing which is awesome! Lastly, as a female I have always felt comfortable which is not always the case at mechanic shops.

Services was awesome here :) the repair was done great. My car runs smoothly after the fix. Price was fair. Also, they gave me a free car wash and cleanup ( my car was very messy). I highly recommend this place.
