This place is the worst. Advertised as “ inexpensive off-campus living for students“ this place is anything but that. The expensive rent is just the start, they get you on every possible expense they can think of. The walls are very thin and you are compacted into a pretty small building with neighbors on every side. They will take most of your deposit even if you clean thoroughly before moving out. Go elsewhere it’s not worth it.

I personally love it here. I wrote a detailed review on Yelp! so check it out there for more info but in a nutshell-
The property is clean & well maintained. I personally have zero issues with noise whatsoever, it helps that a majority of the units are townhouses vs apartments. Nobody is above me or below me since my unit is both floors. I feel very safe here. The mgmt company is really nice & they truly care about providing a good place to live for their tenants- they take pride in their property unlike basically every other place I have ever rented in my life. They care.
